Specialties
My goal as a trainer is to provide clients with guidance on reaching a high level of physical fitness and improving their movement efficiency. I believe that hard work combined with individualized programming can help anyone achieve a greater quality of life. As an aspiring physical therapist, a major focus throughout training will be attaining pain free full range of motion throughout the body. While eliminating mobility restrictions through increasing strength and flexibility, I enjoy challenging clients to progress towards advanced training methods. I have a background in strength training, athletic conditioning, and injury rehabilitation/corrective exercise.
History
Established in 2014.
After graduating from Seattle University with a bachelors degree in Sports & Exercise and spending over two years personal training I decided to become an independent trainer working as a contractor. Since then I have continued to train clients, applying what I have learned while constantly seeking new opportunities for growth and knowledge.
