He is a strong believer in variety when it comes to high performance fitness programs, by incorporating ladders, cones, bands, body weight, plyometrics, medicine balls, bosus, TRX, TRX Rip Trainers, free weights, and even boxing into training programs customized to the unique goals of each client.

Victor understands first hand what it takes to achieve new levels of fitness. His industry knowledge as Fitness Manager for a major national fitness chain, and his shear determination serving as a Fire Team Leader and Squad Leader for 4 years with the US Marine Corps, has imparted a unique combination of core values and competitive edge. The result is discipline, determination, and dedication passed along to you so that you can achieve your own personal fitness goals.

Victor’s private fitness performance studio is located in the Warehouse District of Oakland California, where he trains a wide variety of clientele including:

– Elite athletes looking to perform at the highest professional level

– Clients looking to rehabilitate from personal injury

– Clients wanting to lose weight, gain muscle or both

– Health enthusiasts interested in taking their fitness to new levels

Victor Lopez is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and is Red Cross CPR/​AED First Aid Certified. He has a wide spectrum of specialty skills including certifications in sports performance, corrective exercises, TRX, and cardio-​vascular training. Victor also collaborates with Massage Therapist, Chiropractors, Physical Therapist, Sports Medicine Doctors, and Nutritionists to connect you with a comprehensive team dedicated to good health.
