Very outdated and the cashiers don’t engage. I only visit due to convenience as it is on the way home.

So if i could give a no star, I so would. This albertsons is absolutely horrible, and unsanitary. I walked in last night to buy the movie «Sisters», and as soon as I walked in I asked where it was that they kept their movies, a lady at the register had then said that the movie selection is in front of customer service, and that there are also some displayed by the registers. As I then proceeded to the customer service area, I then freaking SLIPPED IN PEE!!! Are you kidding me?! PEE!!! All the cashiers asked if I was alright all while staring at me dumbfounded, let alone not even coming to my aid, and asked what it was that I slipped in, clearly indicating that they hadn’t even acknowledged the trail of pee… completely disgusting, and as I began to walk off the pain from my knees, I found the movie I wanted. When I went to purchase it, the ladies began to discuss about how there was a pee trail and why nobody cleaned it up, once I came up to buy the movie they didn’t even offer a complimentary discount of any sort! Like wow. First there isn’t a sign indicating caution wet area, and then let alone them even helping me up, and then further discussing how nobody cleaned it up… absolutely terrible place. Never will i enter this albertsons again. Pathetic.

My husband and I have come here on a weekly basis since August, 2013. Many times we have had to deal with rude, disinterested cashiers but recently we had an incident about six weeks ago that took the cake. Realize we spend 200 – 300 $ per week. A dark haired tall white cashier (male) was more interested in the customer ahead of us and then when it was our turn, his interest shifted to a brunette bagger named heather meaning he talked and visited with her. Totally indifferent to us., no hello, how are you etc. so I got direct ‘how ya doin’? Can you say hello and be friendly??’ The guy snapped back yeah he could but would we rather have him pay attention to checking us out or did we want to chit chat? Really? Not even a hello? Total jerk! His attitude and demeanor were superior and condescending. This is just ONE incident at the end of many incidents. My husband complained to several people including a white female manager who said she would have the jerk call and apologize to me. Never happened and my husband was told later at another visit that the checker said we had SO much stuff on that conveyer belt that he was overwhelmed! Really? You work in busy San Diego county and have never had to deal with large orders? You sure were able to schmooze with Heather when we were checking out! Since then my spouse feels like he’s treated differently when he’s gone in there (worse than usual) so we’re never going back. My 800 to 1200 a month in groceries will be spent at the other albertsons off of College thanks!

This is such a late review! So sorry! But I still wanted everyone to know that the bakery in this albertsons is amazing! The cake I wanted was a Drake cake (Picture will be uploaded) & I wanted it to be drawn with frosting, not just a regular photo image. And that’s exactly what they did! I was so amazed & the birthday girl loved it! It tasted amazing & it was way better then expected! Thankyou so much! Jen and Jade are definitely great workers & really care about making there customers happy! Thankyou so much & sorry for the late review! Definitely will come here again for my cake needs

My girlfriend and I joke that we’re the only two Jews in Oceanside… we know that’s not really true… but I think Albertons might.
I circled the entire store, twice… nothing Hanukkah related what so ever. Oh, yes… sorry…there were cookies with white frosting and blue sprinkles?
I know we’re not in LA, but not even a few boxes of Hanukkah candles?
Tomorrow I’m checking out the Ralphs across the street… if they recognize the fact that Oceanside is actually a fairly diverse area, they might become my new go to store

This review is for the store on College and Oceanside Blvd.
This store is always IMMACULATE. It is brightly lit. I understand stores that dim the lighting to save energy but honestly it makes me feel like they are hiding something.
This store is very large so it has more non food items than many grocery stores. Their deli section is amazing with the different varieties of cheeses in the cold case.
But what I REALLY love the most is their floral department. It’s very small but wow! They always have neat holiday items, and cute gift ideas. Last year they had these adorable gift boxes covered with different types of candy! So cute! The other day I bought a really upscale vase for a super reasonable price.
I don’t go here often because it’s not close to my house but when in the area I always stop! Great store!

Since I’ve moved to Oceanside I’ve been to quite a few grocery stores, but I have definitely found my new go-​to.
Grocery shopping is a bit of a hobby of mine and I enjoy a nice, clean location with courteous guests over low prices which is exactly what I found here.
The pricing of items may be $ 0.50 or so higher than say Von’s, but the service I received here was worth the few extra dollars.
Aisles are organized, staff is beyond friendly and knowledgeable. This will be my new store for weekly shopping :)

Good: 1. Deli is very good and about the only reason we visit. Great deli service usually. Lots of hot chicken usually in 4 styles (wings, whole rotisserie, grilled, fried). Other hot meats. Great potato wedges. Some great salads and all well maintained. Top quality deli meats available. Many prepackaged choices. Bad: 1. Staff love to talk to each other, will check their cell phones at front of store and appear to be unmanaged. 2. Not good at opening lanes. 3. I found too many expired perishables on the shelf to trust them. 4. They will leave gross stuff around their lot. It is a lot shared with many so I guess they figure the garbage is not their problem. 5. Product variety is so so. 6. Meat section well intentioned but just a waste of space and money. Run by nice young inexperience men in general. 7. Staff that care exist but are defeated by the overall poor management. I hear open arguments about policy and work.

I’ve been coming in because the store has been having some great deals in their weekly ads. The store is clean and the customer service is very pleasant! The cashiers are always cheerful and ready to assist you. I’ve become a fan!

I always get good service here. I usually come with at least two kids sometimes four and I get offered help out to my car and pleasant banter while checking out. The prices are a little more but it is worth it.

This was my first time shopping at this location and I was there for only a few items. That being said, the one person I talked too was very helpful and friendly. I was able too find exactly what I was looking for and the check out lady was very friendly. The store itself was clean and organized making shopping through it a breeze.
It is a good sized location and looks too have a good size selection. It is everything you would expect from a big chain grocery store.

Very clean store. The employees here are very helpful and diligent in making sure your shopping experience is good. Be sure to check out the bakery and deli! Always fresh! The butcher counter will take care of any special requests you may have as well.

I have an injury and Marcos not only helped me get the item to my cart but also helped me to my car after check out. Never have I had bad service here.

This review is for the bakery. Came here yesterday for a last minute birthday cake. They have cute fresh cakes and now offer fondant decorations.

This place is located right next to my work, so its out of pure convenience that I even stop in here.
The employees are always super friendly and smiling. Always willing to help out when I have been in. Thats a definite plus
I normally run in grab a piece of Cookies & Crème Cake and take off. Last time I got the chicken strips meal. The chicken strips were perfectly cooked and I didn’t have to wait that long.
I only wish this location had the deli sandwiches like my main Albertson’s off College and Marron. Then it would be a 5 star location.

This store has always nice staff. The place is clean and the parking is nice. The reason why I only gave this place three stars is there organic selection is in serious need of overall. Also they offer little to no grass fed free range wild locally grown anything. Your better off getting fresher local ingredients elsewhere. Basically this is my store for toilet paper and razors.

The staff is nice, but the prices suck! I paid 9 bucks for a two quart jar of Jiffy ! A total price gouge! Anyway, other examples include 5 buck bread and milk! Totally too expensive, even after they got rid of their club card special pricing BS! I originally posted this to Vons by mistake, but not sure why almost everything has to be so darn expensive, must be a sign of the times. Perhaps people will make some changes in the next election?!?

Great customer service and good prices. I like the self-​serve aisle, and the guy let me use his discount card.
No dine-​in section, and the choice of salads is meager.

I live on Coronado but grew up in Oceanside.
This is the Albertsons that I am accustom to!
The costumer service and savings from this location is always welcome.
It is a delightful delight to see a variety in a grocery store’s food menu at the deli, especially the original fried chicken and cheesy broccoli rice.

When I lived in the area, I used to frequent this Albertsons a lot. At the time, it was the best and only supermarket chain around. Yes, it’s an older establishment, but it is well kept and clean. I know my fams and friends are still frequent shoppers, and it has been consistent over the years.
If you’re ever in the area head over to the meat department. My baby bro is the Supervisor and will give you awesome service. He’s very knowledgeable in meats, cuts and seafood. Tell him «Sis» sent you via Unilocal
