Mc Computer Micro Center Oceanside

i called this store today, to ask if they can fix a simple issue. I need a replacement cpu fan. mine is being a bit noisy. i was willing to pay for the fan and labor and was willing bring my computer into the store. I asked until what time are you open? he said what well, whats the issue. i explained i needed a new cpu fan and i live right down the street. He turned into a complete ass. He said they dont do counter repairs. I really i could care less if i went to his whole in the wall computer shop to fix my computer or not. He seemed to care about getting the business but had no idea how to treat his potential customers. and seemed to want to flex his i am right on everything muscle. He tried to validate his point of getting a home visit as thats what a plumber would charge for home visits. I called him a ass and i told him good luck with his business and hung up.

Love this place and have used Frank’s services for years. I’ve come to know him and his wife (who has a flower biz in the same shop) and also his son by name. Very nice people — reasonable prices and most important of all — I TRUST THEM.
