worst dealership ever to go to!!! if you think your credit is low and this is the only place to go to in order to get a car i would say keep looking! these people will cheat you out of your money and screw you with a 4 year contract! i bought a vehicle 4 months ago from this place and ever since day one i had problems with the car i got from them. i had a problem where the key got stuck in the ignition, and wouldn’t come out. the brakes on the car were squeaky and barley there when i got the car so i brought that to their attention. they seemed like they were going to fix the problem in the beginning but when i brought the brake problem up they first tried to blame me as if it was my fault and then said they fixed the brakes but when i left the lot the brakes were the same way they were when i brought the car in. it was at that moment i knew i would be left alone with all of these problems to deal with. now ive had this car 4 months and the engine light came on and my car will no longer start! my car stopped randomly while i was driving on the freeway. i could have easily gotten hit just being in the middle of the freeway since my car wouldn’t turn on. the salesman that sold me my car goes by the name of brandon, and he seems like he is their to help the customer but really he is also part of the scheme. i also talked to the manager, tye and he is nothing but rude & disrespectful to the customer. he sat there and argued with me saying they fixed multiple problems on the car when really they did nothing! he is super rude and unprofessional and didn’t try to find a solution to the problem what so ever. shannon is also a worker at this car dealership and will tell you and promise you to fix problems if any come up early after the car was purchased, & later when you bring it, up act like she doesn’t know what you’re talking about & that she never said that. this was my first car experience & it was the worst experience i can ever imagine! im writing this review to help any others out there who are thinking of going to this crooked dealership & letting you know that it is not worth it & you will ultimately get screwed. i really didn’t want to rate this place at all, but it made me put 1 star in order to post this review.

I have never met anyone that has used religion to get over on people as bad as this company. They sold me a car that has so many under the hood problems. First it was the transmission, but now it’s the engine also. He acts like he was fixing it and did much of nothing but drive my gas out. And when one person tried to fix it ty didn’t want to. If you have care in the world don’t trust them and if you do buy a car make sure it has a factory warranty before signing anything. They talk a good game but only out for money not the person

I appreciated the friendly and professional service I received from the staff at auto finance expert. I got the truck I wanted at the price I was looking for. In addition I noticed a Crack in my wind shield. I can’t say if we over looked the crack at the time of sale. Or if that Crack happened afterwards. What I can say is they step up and helped me with the repairs and I received a new windshield. I would certainly buy from them again with great confidence.

I had bad credit and didn’t think i qualified form financing but when I talked to Shannon she was very informative and resourceful finding me low monthly payments with a low down payment. Highly recommend this place for some one trying to find a great used vehicle. #beast #askforshannon #afe

I recently purchased a truck from these guys and from the jump I was treated with exceptional service. A nice gentleman named Arty was my salesman and he actually helped me to be more reasonable with my selection of truck which lead me to be in a much better position financially than I would have been with my first choice on the lot. Just that there showed me how honest and legit the things are there. I’ve recently had to deal with Shannon who is the office manager and her great patients and diligent customer service is extraordinary. I can’t speak enough about how nice she is. It’s evident that the whole staff behaves this way too, because every time I call whether it is Christian, Arty, or Shannon I’m treated with such respect. Thanks so much to Ty the general manager for putting together such a great staff. You will always be my first choice for my future auto purchases. Good job guys and Thank you!

Awesome customer service!!! I can’t thank Shannon and Artie enough for getting me into another vehicle after my jeep that I bought from them broke down. They did everything they could to find me a new vehicle, discounted it for the inconvenience.

These guys are awesome, the whole staff, Artie, Shannon, and Ty went above and beyond. I’ve bought two cars from them and had nothing but a great experience! When it’s time to do it again there’s no other place I would even think about going. One of the cars I purchased from them had some problems I took it back to them for some advice because it was not covered under warranty. They told me to get some lunch while their service department just took a look at it for me. I came back two hours and not only did they fix it for me, they also threw some new tires on it just for good measure. Unbelievably awesome.

Ty was very friendly when I bought my truck. I bought a 2007 Avalanche that was a one owner and was in excellent condition. It’s been an amazing truck and now that I have had it for over a year, I felt like it was only fair to give my overall review. I would definitely by from them again in the future!

Some great people work here I had the pleasure of getting to work with the manager Ty and just want to say that they have some great service. I bought a truck from this place and when things went bad and some things needed to be fixed they were on top of it and fixed it and got my truck running like brand new again. This place is the absolute worst. Sold me a car and were so shady about it. They hide behind the fact that they’re a «Christian owned» dealership. Like I can’t see right through them and their fake Christian façade. Anyways, they sold me a crappy car. Said they were going to fix stuff and didn’t. Just stay away. FAR AWAY.

I have been around a lot of car dealerships and I have known the owner and managers of Auto Finance Experts for about 5 months now. I really enjoy the way they do business and I know they work hard for their customers. I know that most of the time people only go on Unilocal when they are upset but I can truly state that this dealership is 5 stars. They will work hard to finance people when everyone else has turned them away. Glad to know them!

I went to this place to trade in a Mustang that is at LEAST 17k on KBB, and they wanted to give us 13k for it. We looked around and they had 2004 f350 truck that they wanted 23k, when on KBB it was 14k as a HARLEY DAVIDSON editon, which in this case it was NOT… it was fully basic. This place is EXTREMELY a rip off!!! THEY even tried to give us a «carfax» and at the bottom of the report it said «this is not a full carfax report» SHADY CRAP IS GOING ON AT THIS PLACE. They blamed their whole «kbb» lie on their bank, and when we asked them what bank they used so we can talk to them, they refused to tell us. DO NOT BUY ANY VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE! THIS PLACE HAS OVERPRICED VEHICLES AND ARE PRIMARILY CONCERNED ON «TRUCKS AND V6’S FOR MARINES.» ASSHOLES THESE GUYS ARE!!!

They people here are all great! I was in a tough spot and they did everything they could to help me. Tom was great! Very helpful and patient! I would definitely recommend them!

Was looking for a lifted truck last week, and after checking out the other lots on coast highway I settled on these guys. My credit is terrible, and had very little money for a down payment. Melissa went above and beyond to get me into the truck I wanted… I’m driving that truck today. With my credit I was surprised she would loan me a pen to sign the papers. Thank you so much Melissa. Serious fraud committed on my family. We purchased a BMW Z3, supposedly clean title car. They guaranteed that it had never been in any accidents or had any problems.
Complete lie; car had obvious damage that was described to be a loose bumper… in fact, the car had been involved in a MAJOR ACCIDENT and has a BENT FRAME. Unless you enjoy being defrauded, skip this place.
