Car sync the best experience i ever had buying a used car the staff there are awesome Shawn the manager shows u every step of the way what he’s doing finance wise .My wife and I bought 2 cars from there last week very happy with the whole process no stress at all very honest company i recommend if buying a used car stop by this place located on pacific coast hwy between vista way and oceanside blvd.

I came in to drive the kind of car that I wanted to try to buy from a private party. I went just to see how it felt, as I had never driven that model before. As I walked on the lot, I was greeted very nicely by Shawn, the owner. What I noticed immediately was the distinct lack of sales energy coming from him. We chatted about the car for a few, and it became clear that he knew what he was talking about (car nuts can tell when someone is passionate about cars. but to be honest, you could look at the choices he’s made in the cars he has purchased and put up for sale on his lot, and it becomes obvious that the operation is a well executed passion play.) As I got to know Shawn over the next 20 minutes and the ensuing test drive, it became clear he’s not only an accessible purveyor of fine and tasteful automobiles at a good price, but more a connoisseur of customer service. It seems his time and lessons learned at other dealerships and life ventures has inspired him to curate an experience that doesn’t belong anywhere near that common used car dealership feeling (which I have encountered the common pressure situation, like I should feel bad for taking their attention at any time). Or regular car dealership feeling, for that matter. Because I didn’t feel pressured, I felt very comfortable walking away. I came back multiple times, asked loads questions, and never felt any impatience or pressure from the owner or any of the people who work there, all smiles, and attentive to me and my dog. Eventually I decided on the very car I came in just to test drive because the experience was so comfortable. The transparency was ridiculous. No other word to describe it. I learned more about that car and their business model than I had any intention to learn, and I’m grateful I did. Not only do I feel like I had enough information and space to make the right decision, but I feel very confident in the future of the car. I think they offer a year warranty on all their cars. Who does that? It tells me a lot about how they choose their cars, very carefully. There’s a whole host of things that came along with working with them, and it became clear they wanted to make sure I was perfectly happy. Great stuff. I’m rambling, but I had to share my experience (I rarely do this, as you can tell from the length of the review.) I highly recommend them, and if they keep doing things the way they do them, I will definitely come back to buy the next one. And I think that’s why he does it the way he does it.

I don’t think you’ll ever find or experience a more honest, transparent or knowledgeable car dealership. The owner, Shawn, is amazing. He knows every detail about each car on his lot and those cars wouldn’t be there if he didn’t think they were top notch. If you want to confidently purchase your next vehicle with a one year warranty regardless of how many miles it has and without the need for hours of wasted haggling time over price… you should without a doubt visit Shawn at Car Sync. An added bonus… great rates and workmanship you’ll receive on oil changes and maintenance going forward.

All of my pre-​conceived notions and past experience (unpleasant) of the car buying experience have been turned upside down… a truly honest exchange, with complete transparency during the process, From Car-​fax to 3 day return comes piece of mind, add to that a ONE year powertrain warranty and you drive away with the security of knowing that a fair deal has been reached and your trust has not been misplaced .
Please just read the mission statement… it is not just words, its a way of conducting business long missing .

I purchased the 2008 Chrysler 300c and I have not stopped smiling since I brought the car home.

As a United States Marine and living on base there is nothing but SHARKS after your money and willing to screw you for the next four years with a garbage vehicle. I just so happen to find the needle in the hay stack. This Company cares only for the customer and especially military members. They are extremely transparent and open with you. They are willing to go the extra mile and then some to make it fair to the max. I was very pleased with the owner and his employee Brandon. I HIGHLY recommend these fine gentlemen for your next vehicle purchase and utilize all of there services, its there to help you. I will recommend all in need of a honest dealer. Car Sync is the best used car experience I have had ever. Shawn and his staff are the most honest and strait forward car salesmen I have ever dealt with. I came to look at a used Ford Expedition, Shawn meet me upon my arrival and went over the SUV with me. During the inspection of the vehicle, I was impressed by the overall condition of and upon further inspection of other vehicles in his lot I was further impressed with the quality and pricing of his inventory. I have been in the Expedition for over a week now and I still can’t get over the experience I had with Car Sync. Sawn not only places outstanding cars out on his lot but he also backs them with a warranty. I am telling you right now YOU WILL NOT FIND THIS ANYWHERE; it speaks highly of a company who is willing to do this. If you are in the market for a used QUALITY used car look no further.
