had sthil chainsaw repaired by the owner himself (with the personality of a snail). Chainsaw worked fine but he failed to repair the gas leak which ended up costing an additional 50 bucks from another repair business. Also had an Echo blower repaired there. They worked on it on two separate occasions and never fixed the problem. the blower still does not go to full acceleration and I sold it to my yard guy who successfully repaired it himself. Just bad business to say the least.

After reading reviews on a Stihl BG 86 blower and having it recommended to me by a pro landscaper, I shopped and Cutters Source had the best price anywhere. When I met Mike, the owner, I also told him about the fuel flow problem with my 25 year old Echo SRM 2501 line trimmer. He spent a minute looking up what type of carb was on my machine, and then went in back to a drawer of salvaged parts, and gave me a carb to try at no charge. He told me to try swapping some carb parts to my machine as he wasn’t sure that the carb he gave me was any good. When I got home, I put the carb on my machine and, after adjusting the idle and mixture screws, my 25 year old machine ran perfectly. Cutters is an authorized Echo and Stihl dealer. My experience there was excellent and they will get ALL of my equipment and service needs business in the future.
