guys… if you want to get people to come back, you MUST be cordial… at least greet customers. You all stand around and no one acknowledges or greets me… when i can spend my money anywhere, you might want to be a little bit friendlier. I truly believe in giving my $$$ to small businesses, but I can wait for Thursday street scene

Customer service really is key. We Went shopping down coast highway at outer limits, their competition. We wanted to check around before making a major purchase so we came to view the selection at inner world. At first I thought this is going to be easy, let’s leave. Then I took a closer look and saw they had some really unique, custom, and reasonably priced glass! It was awesome to hear the staff support local companies with honest and knowledgeable information. The staff was spectacular. I felt as though I was being educated instead of being taken advantage of. The guys in there really took the time to let us water test and ask questions. I felt like my business mattered and that me being a customer was a compliment. That made all the difference, ended up spending close to $ 500! I am very happy with my overall experience. I subtracted a star because I do think they need to change the display. They need to showcase some pieces. Just need to change the overall appearance of interior. Thanks!

I am very new to the world of self medicating. The workers were so kind and helpful. I probably sounded super dumb and they were awesome explaining everything to me. Thank you guys so much.

This place blows now. I’ve been coming in to this store since I was 13 (31 now) and it’s completely lost its spirit.
Dropped in to see what the new owner has done with the place and all I saw was a completely empty store with two employees texting and acting like smug assholes.
Personally, I prefer the O.G. Assholes of the the old innerworld.

As a vape shop, I’m giving this place ¹⁄₅ stars
There’s too much going on in this shop for me. I would classify this business as a head shop /​novelty shop. I went in for vape supplies and saw a lot of outdated products and no premium blends. Vape products seem to not be their forte.

Disappointed, which is unfortunate. I bought my first ever piece here back in college, and in high school used to come here often for wind chimes, incense and stickers. But recently, I was let down. My boyfriend and I stopped in to look, and found an excellent Killa drum style glass water pipe. It was sexy, had an excellent pull, and the guy selling it to us was selling it up very well. He told us $ 190 and he’s throw in a free Inner World coaster, a Killa hat and sold us a glass domeless. $ 210 later, we let the guy keep the hat since he seemed to love it so much, and it was his style, and went home. It wasn’t until the first time we cleaned it that we noticed the imperfections — two small holes where the fitting for the Bowl met the top of the drum to the base. Essentially whenever it was blown together, it wasn’t done correctly. Disappointed and over 100mi away, there wasn’t much we could do. Needless to say it lasted almost four months before it broke where those imperfections/​holes were. Sure, we should’ve paid more attention, but so should have out sales person, or whomever quality checks the glass before putting it out for display.

Been coming here for 15 years. The reason I’m writing a review is because I was pleased with my service today. I was about to walk out with a bowl piece I probably would not have been satisfied with. The staff recommended I buy an alternate bowl piece with a built-​in screen and I must admit this is the best bowl piece I’ve ever had! No more cutting metal screens with scissors, no sir!

Love this place! I’ve been buying bongs here since the sixth grade. (well my older friends did) All sorts of nick nacks and funny stoner stuff. posters, books, shirts and all the kind of the things a hippy kid will love.

This store is absolutely one of a kind, I could spend hours looking at everything in there! The employees are always friendly. I always have fun shopping there.

Gosh this pace is lame. Horrible selection. Either badly made glass or 2 – 3 Ok expensive ones… Only reason this place is still here is because its been around forever

Where can I start? First of all don’t go there! Now this is what happened we went into this head shop looking for a kool pipe. Which was kind of difficult when you have rude people that don’t want to lift a finger working there. Anyways we found one and when we got home we foud out that it was just a novelty piece you literally can’t do anything with it. The piece just doesn’t work the hole at the bottom of the bowl was fused to the bottom of the pipe. And to top it off those wack people that work inside that head shop wont let us exchange it.

Went in earlier today with many questions regarding my new e-​Cig battery and Spencer was sincerely humble and helpful. I’m stoked on my purchase~ Rodger was also there and had some great input. Thanks a lot you guys. Merry Christmas.

Okay, first of all, let me say that this place is clean for a head shop. However, I feel that it is a combination head shop, tattoo supplier, and cheap pawn shop. It’s weird. I came in here to exchange a white elephant gift for something I would enjoy, and it took me FOREVER to pick out a vase and candle holder. I swear I snagged the only two normal things in there. But what did I expect from a head shop? But what I can give this place is that I would have loved all the patches they offered when I was a teenager.

This store kicks ass they have tons of cool random merchandise ranging from t shirts to billiards stuff to CD’s to tattoo stuff basically any random thing you can think of you will find it here I always stop here when I visit Oceanside I’ve boughten many cool items here over the years pay a visit everyone who’s ever gone here with me has found something they liked!

Their shirt collection is da BOMB dot com! And they have Bob Dylan on vinyl, what’s not to love \(^_^)z

This place was great, 20+ years ago when I worked there! Now its pretty lame, the shirt selection is stale, ‘cept 4 a few (very few) new additions (of the same bands), still waiting 4 them 2 get in some Chimaira merch & the vinyl decal selection SUCKS! I’ve also been waiting over a YEAR 4 the skeleton arm inscent holder 2 come in, whoever is managing that place has no clue how 2 keep a place like that stocked! If the job was available I’d take it in a heartbeat! The employees all seem like they’re bi-​polar, some days they’re nice, other days they’re rude & ignore the customers, this is unacceptable when dealing w/​the public who take the time 2 come in there & r lucky enuff 2 find what they came 4 & contribute 2 your paycheck! So suck it up & leave your shitty attitude @ home!

Ya know, there are actually two sides to this store to which one is more «gift like». The other, «giftable» though not the type I’d gift to my mother. Never the less, Good place, lot’s of stuff, lot’s of fun and good people.

cool place. Has a good selection of pipes and vaporizers. The bong section is a lil small if u were bong shopping, that id go to the smokeshop in south O before the lagoon. Customer service is what u would expect from a place like this. Prices seem a lil high but it is close to the pier so what do u expect

This is my favorite head shop in this area. Why? Because the customer service is great, they are willing to haggle on the prices a little, and they have a decent glass selection. The pieces are reasonably priced and the staff is more than willing to help with any questions you may have.

the worst shopping experience I have ever had. We purchased a pipe which broke from a single use. We went in to ask for an exchange of the same and we were treated like criminals. We spoke to a manager who first claimed that they tested their products and then admitted they did not. He claimed it was «the nature of the business». I wasn’t aware that the nature of the business was the sell untested, unreliable products and treat your customers poorly.
