Broadly, I specialize in people. I work with people in virtually all aspects of their lives through my photography, from weddings (which are among my favorites) to portraits, from sporting events to parties, from maternity shoots to those oh-​so-​precious moments when you are finally able to hold your child, I love being able to be a part of those moments.

From all of that, I hope that you take away one true thing; that I love working with people and that I love my job. Each and every client of mine receives my full and complete attention and 100% of my effort every time.

History

Established in 2008.

I established James Croft Photography out of a passion for photography and for photographing life as it happens. Whether it is through documenting a couple’s wedding, photographing a family get-​together, or running all over the place for a big corporate event, I love being in the middle of it all so people can have tangible memories to bring home with them.

I have been photographing since I was 5 years old, and I have always sought to improve the quality of my images. Today I am very proud of the work that I have accomplished, and I plan to continue that trend, pouring myself into each and every shoot.

Hello and welcome to James Croft Photography! My name is Timothy Vechik, and I just wanted to let you know personally how much I appreciate your taking the time to learn a little bit more about my company. I started up in 2008, recent I know, but have grown the company out of my life-​long love of everything photography, and out of my love of working with people in all sorts of situations. Seeing the different moments in life, whether it’s your wedding, birthday, graduation, a new arrival or when your expecting… I love being able to be a part of capturing those memories forever. If ever there is something that you would like to capture, I am there for you.

Just to let you know, I do service all of San Diego county (and am willing to travel pretty much wherever you need me), so please don’t be afraid that you might be a little too far… we can always work something out.
