Shamrock specializes in emergency water damage restoration, carpet cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, upholstery cleaning, air duct cleaning. We have a Vortex truck mount that is the largest in the business and does the best job possible. Shamrock’s technicians are IICRC trained and certified. We only use green cleaning agents for everyone’s health. All of our staff is drug tested and gets a background check before working for Shamrock. We keep our clients needs number one!

History

Established in 2007.

Shamrock started in Eden, Utah as an air duct cleaning business. The owner Eric Sprague needed some help and recruited his college roommate Larry Wilberton into the business. They reestablished themselves in southern California in 2008 making a big splash in the Inland Empire. Our office is based in Rancho Cucamonga but we service the towns in the area. We have been very successful with the local chamber of commerce’s. Larry is on the board at the Rancho Cucamonga Chamber. Shamrock is also members of the Upland, Claremont, and Ontario Chambers.

Eric and Larry we raised on the east coast and migrated to California in the early 1990’s. They went to college at Keene State in New Hampshire before traveling west. Eric has a wife and two children in Eden, UT. Larry has a wife and three children in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Eric is an avid skier and Larry competes in triathlons.

Shamrock was recommended to me by my insurance agent. We had a pipe burst in our ceiling. Shamrock was quick and responsive. They brought their equipment, cleaned up the water damage, dehumidified the room, dried out the carpets and monitored the progress in a professional manner. I would highly recommend their services if you have a water restoration problem.

Wow I’m really impressed. Although I did not have any work done by them that is the point of my review. I called them out to get an estimate for cleaning my shower grout. It is really bad and has mold growing in all the corners. Larry came out and gave me an estimate but told me that he wasn’t sure if they could get it as clean as I was hoping. He took pictures and talked to a few of his guys and colleagues and called me back to suggest I don’t use his service but rather regrout it. Wow! He could have totally just charged me a few hundred bucks and then said sorry when it didn’t meet my expectations. Stand up HONEST guys right here!

My experience started out good. The tech that came, Mike, was knowledgeable. Pretty much convinced to let them clean it because they were all up to date on all the methods, use the right chemicals for certain stains and carpets, and neutralize the carpet so the ph is balanced. Great!
Came to clean the house and it looks… Average at best. I get my carpet cleaned every year and it simply wasn’t all that great. My carpet still had a smell smell to it but it seemed that now it spread throughout the house more. My room mate even noticed the same thing that the smell had gotten worse. I checked out the work after they cleaned my master bedroom and found a few spots that looked uncleaned. Behind the door there was a dry/​uncleaned part. Next to the nightstand, which weights 15lbs, not cleaned. I would have moved it but Mike had sold me on the «we like to get around everything. If there is something we can move we’ll move it aside to get it cleaned. Other companies don’t do it because it takes more time. «looks like you guys don’t either! If I had know they only clean around things like lamps and night stands I would be moved them into the bathroom. Costs $ 300 for a mediocre job. There are a few other things I noticed too but I think I made a point. It’s the poorest carpet cleaning I’ve experienced for the three years I’ve lived here. It’s really a 3 star job and minus points for selling me on false promises.

I can not say enough how professional this business is. El Nino rains hit last week and we fell victim. I called the emergency number and they were over within an hour and started work right away. The following day a team came in and started the drying process and really took care of our needs and answered every question we had with complete sincerity. Kevin, Travis and Dale rotated in coming over and following up every day, on time, with every appointment we had prearranged with them as a lot happened during the work week. The team attacked the issue with full force and saved a lot of work that may not have happened without their intervention. Without a don’t, this is one of the best businesses we have dealt with and highly recommended them.

I am compelled to write again! I assist seniors in their homes and met a couple whose 2-​story home exhibited mild hording, several cats who freely roamed in and out and «sprayed» each room, no routine cleaning in probably 20 years. Who did I call? Shamrock of course! Trusty Mike came to the rescue. He did a full top-​to-​bottom assessment, including the duct work. The home had stained carpet, wood and tile, but no grimy surface is a match for the amazing Shamrock team! Once again, they stunned me with their ability to clean! I love that they have a great sense of humor but are still consummate professionals who absolutely know what they are doing, are up on the latest technolgies, and can convey important information. I am a fan for life!

Today we had an unfortunate accident where a plumber who worked in our home accidentally and unknowingly tracked some mysterious bright red substance on to our carpet, (not his fault, just unlucky and unfortunate happening) leaving a trail from the stairs all the way to our master bathroom. (I wish I took photos, it looked almost like fresh bloody footprints all over our beige carpet, eek) They quickly apologized & contacted Shamrock Cleaning, and had them come over to clean the mess on the carpet (this was about 1pm). Then shortly I got a call, and Mike from Shamrock came over around 3pm and politely & quickly cleaned up all the mess! Not only the new, red mess, but also the ugly black stain we had forever on one of the stair steps. I also appreciated he wore plastic booties to cover his shoes while inside, since it was raining hard today & we take off our shoes at our home. Mike explained the process, gave me a sample of his cleaning solution, and just was a professional. Honestly, I am so glad to have clean carpet back & will probably contact them to clean carpets when needed in the future. Thank you!

Honest employees. I can’t say that I actually used this company, but I will say this, their employees were helpful even after they realized that I was not a potential client. I called asking for pricing and the company’s deals did not work for me simply because I only need carpet cleaning for one small bedroom. I spoke with Mike who helped me understand a thing or two about carpet cleaning. If they are this nice to people who do not fit their customer profile I can only imagine how great they treat their actual customers. Thank you Mike!

This is the only place to go if you need any of your upholstery, tile or carpet cleaning! They also specialize in odors and cleaning if you have any pets that might’ve used your floors as toilets haha
My family have used Shamrock for close to 10 years now for our office, house and rental home for all of the tile and carpet cleaning along with our beds simply to keep the air clean and safe to breathe.
Recently we had severe water damage from a sewage backup and it flooded the entire basement of our house. My dad called Larry and Eric, owners of Shamrock, on the weekend and they were there immediately with their crew and worked endlessly to help save us out of the bad situation.
These guys are honest and hardworking owners and produce the best service that I’ve seen around. You will not regret going to Shamrock for anything that you may need!

Shamrock is an amazing organization. I needed someone to come to my home because I had a toilet overflow. I called Shamrock at 2 am, Jason answered on the first ring and told me someone could be at my location within the hour! I was shocked that 1. Someone actually answered at 2 am, and 2. Someone came out in an hour and began extracting water at 3 am in the morning. Later, when I needed to call in my claim for insurance, their company assisted me through the process and had a tech come out to speak to my adjuster even though no work was going to be done that day. The techs I have encountered have been professional, well groomed, and very polite. They answered my questions, made sure my home was contained from all the work they were doing, and helped me in every way they could. They even offered to give me a free estimate on my air ducts and carpet cleaning. I would definitely use them again– Jason and his entire team saved my home!

Our bathrooms flooded with sewage backing up into the shower and the bathtub as well as the floor.
Shamrock did an excellent job. They are 100% professional and handled the job in a great manner. They gave us a time table and they walked us through each step of the way.

Our carpets were in need of a thorough cleaning. We’ve tried several different carpet cleaning companies and have never found one we’d use again; until Shamrock Cleaning & Restoration. Had a great experience with everyone in this company. From Tiffany always calling back and calling me back after hours to help, Ashley coming out to give an estimate and trying to save me money, to Mike doing his magic and saved me from spending $ 3k with not replacing carpet and letting me know ghetto @$$ renters had cat pee throughout the home. Getting some of my deposit back fo sho!!! Mostly I never have a reason to remember names but these guys went above and beyond. Awesome Picawesome!!!

Very impressed with the skill level and expertise of the technicians, in their water damage department. They are very quick to respond to a call and the craft of their work is second to none. And to top it off the technicians that come out to do the inspections and estimates are actually the guys that do the work.

FIVE STAR SERVICE!!! After noticing a leak under our kitchen sink, we called a plumber friend and he referred us to Shamrock for restoration due to extensive water damage, which we had no idea was there! Alex from Shamrock was literally at our front door within 30 minutes of calling, and after surveying the damage, he suggested we contact our homeowners insurance. Alex insisted on being present when the adjuster showed up, so the next day we called & he was here almost immediately. He gave the adjuster a thorough rundown of the damage, and if it hadn’t been for his presence, I don’t think our insurance would have covered nearly as much as they did.
Alex and Nick arrived the next day to begin the job, and they were both so incredibly professional and respectful in our home. They worked quickly and efficiently on demo and restoration — removed the rotten drywall and mold, and left a huge dehumidifier and several fans in our kitchen until everything was dry. Each day they would check in to make sure the equipment was working properly, and this was over Christmas!
I would highly recommend Shamrock — they are knowledgeable, thorough, super fast and very reasonably priced. After learning of all the other services they offer, we will certainly be using them in the future!

Excellent service! We needed our couch and just one room cleaned and they happily took care of us. Our old couch really needed a cleaning, we have kids and a dog! We had been in the market for a new couch, but Shamrock did such a good job, we may get a few more years out of the old one.
Very reasonably priced, good service, and they were able to get the few pet stains out of the carpet, too!

These guys are simply the best in the business. I have used for my home and more recently of my apartment.
Pets seemed to befuddle other cleaners, but these guys have the right equipment and the right staff. Nick, Mike, DJ, all great guys and do a great job!
Owners are very involved too, making sure all is just right.
