Foods alright, nothing more, nothing less. But be ware of addons. They charge $ 2.50 to add guacamole!!! Holy crap! They charge the same to add guacamole as they do for the side of it, which comes in a giant cup! When I asked if my cheese quesadilla would come with the full side orders of guacamole and sour cream ($ 1.95!!), they said yes. I will be generous and say it came with a tablespoon of each, while my instincts say it was some combination of tea spoons not quite constituting a full tablespoon.
They did not inform me that I was about to get taken from behind before I handed over my payment. I know, I’m a putz and should have not paid. Point taken.

I had a cheat meal here and got the rolled tacos. good customer service, tacos were delicious and very large portion 5tacos for inexpensive $ 5. Charge $ 2 extra for pickled carrots which are complimentary condiments everywhere so… weird!

Drove down to Oceanside after listening to hype from my personal trainer of all people (I probably need a new one). After a two hour drive I was expecting something exceptional or different, especially because it’s closer to San Diego so I was kind of disappointed. I didn’t really find anything exceptional about this place. The nachos I ordered were less than average at best and really soggy by the time I got to them. The Taquitos were some what better but more tortilla than anything. If you live in l. a I can guarantee lots of better places to spend your money and save some gas. Not worth the time or trip in my opinion.

Life long customer. Carne Asada supreme burrito DOUBLE WRAPPED, it’s a must… Best burrito ever. The service is OK. The guys are pretty to the point and not overly friendly BUT, I’m there to eat not chat… So I’m okay with that… A smile would be nice though… Also, building could use a makeover… But most things can in oceanside… So… I won’t complain… Go get a burrito!

AMAZING food!!! And outstanding service! I go here all the time and have never been disappointed, my favorite is the Diablo burrito, DELICIOUS!!! Come here next time you’re hungry, you will NOT be disappointed.

By far, BY FAR the worst tacos I’ve ever had in my life. I ordered shredded beef and a chicken taco, I was hungry but couldn’t even finish the food. It was so tasteless and greasy it grossed me out. It could have been cardboard for all I know. How could you mess up tacos? HOW? It made me so sad to think I could have gone anywhere else to get a decent taco, I literally mean anywhere else.

Simply bland food. I had the ceviche tostada and it was just the worst ceviche I’ve had;
No flavor and lots of tomatoes to disguise the lack of shrimp. I also tried the asada tacos and the meat looked like the worst quality grade. This place is great if you just want cheap food. Also, there’s a rancid smell inside.

Was greeted well by the person who took my order. Very politely answered my questions. I left there happy and with a delicious burrito. Do recommend this place. A little bit of a hole in the wall but those are the best places right!

You must try the carne asada there. I usually get the taco and it’s plenty of meat to make 2 tacos. They add peppers and stuff to the meat that makes the flavor unlike any other. I’m Hispanic so I’m super picky and every Mexican I have told to go says the same thing… BOMB carne asada! Oh yea, BOMB bean and cheese burritos for kids n adults. You can’t lose here if you’re up for great food at a great price. Don’t get the shrimp tostada though — seafood is not the best there I admit that.

The five star rating is for their shredded beef tacos. Period. They are crispy and absolutely amazing. Sure, it’s got some grease, but only in the best of ways. I no joke eat there once a week at least. I’ve even woke up in the AM before craving those tacos for breakfast! I’ve never ever had a better taco. Everything else there is so-​so, but the SHREDDED BEEF tacos are to die for.
(Oh, and they have a drive thru, which means a lot for those with little kids in-​tow.)

My step dad has been taking me here since I was younger. I love coming here for a Carne Asada burrito or fries. It is good for lunch AFTER the beach or after a long night ;) It is hard for me to say I like any other place!

It is kind of hard to mess up mexican food, but this place did. I have been there once. I tried the carne asada fries. Keep in mind that I understand that there are many different ways carne asada is made. Please tell me why there was nacho cheese in my carne asada fries. The plate consisted of carne asada, fries and nacho cheese! I could not finish my meal. The cheese tasted old and crummy.

I love this place for their bean ‘n cheese burritos. How something so simple can be so difficult to get right is beyond me.
They have a decent salsa bar and are usually pretty busy. They also have a drive thru which is affording me the opportunity to write this review :)
Prices are good (same as most taco shops) and the menu is similar to most as well.
The major difference is that all the local Mexicans come here to eat so that’s a good sign.
