History

Established in 1960.

Founded in 1960 by Manfred Maehler Sr, Mähler’s Bakery is family owned and operated. The original retail bakery was located at the famous Farmers Market in Los Angeles California, and specialized in European favorites. An increase in demand for the traditional artisan products resulted in Mähler’s Bakery converting into a wholesale bakery so it could reach customers all over the country.

We have established ourselves as a premier wholesale bakery, and provide our customers with quality products. We are proud to carry on the ancient tradition of baking and look forward to serving you in the future.
