*Our Business started by specializing in Taco Bars since they were so popular in California. In the last 4 years we have now expanded our menu to accommodate anyone’s palate. Besides the Taco Bar our most popular menu is Italian. Since I was raised in Upstate New York I learned how to cook Italian food from a young age. Every Sunday I would wake up to the smell of Italian cooking in my neighborhood. There’s nothing like a good red sauce to compliment any Italian dish.

I started off in the Corporate world and worked there for over 30 years. I was always an Executive or Personal Assistant to CEO’s, and CFO;s. I enjoyed the experience in the Corporate world since it taught me the various skills in owning a company.
