Richard’s Mobile Tire Service

Richard is the man! I had a double blowout late at night and no company was able to help me out. After a few calls I was directed to this business and was so glad that I did! He was on site within ten minutes and had the spare changed within 20. He gave me great advice and had me back on the road in no time. I was very glad to have someone like Richard to help me in a time of need. Highly recommended.

Was stranded at the weigh station nearby. Good fast service from Richard’s and I was back on the road.

My Dad recommended Richard as he had come and replaced all his RV tire’s at a much cheaper cost than Camping World. Richard also showed up without my dad needing to be there and did an excellent job. Don’t we wish all our tire services could be this easy.
When it came time for my husband and I to have tire service on our RV I called Richard. We had a slow leak and didn’t know what was the problem. He came to the RV lot where we had the motorhome and did a full tire service. He said I didn’t need to be there but it was a locked area and I had to let him in and out. He called me 5 mins before he was to the location so I could meet him. He was very professional and full of information. I talked with him on some issues we had with our back dual tires and the hassle of checking them (how it was designed to get to the valve stem) and he replaced the valve stem covers at no charge so we can check the pressure without removing them. He was awesome at best!!! He found a screw in our tire and he plugged the tire and did an inside patch. He made sure all six tires were set at the same pressure.
Our Tire warranty covered his repairs no problem. We had to pay him and then I submitted the bill and was covered. I will not hesitate to call Richard again. If you think his price is a little high, think about driving your car to a repaid place an waiting for them to get to it. I have no problem paying extra money for no wasted time and getting it done right!!!

Came out when he said he would, fixed it on time, I even got a «thank you» card.

I have dealt with Richard and his crew for many years and have had only positive experiences. The professionalism and prompt service are two of the many reasons why I have referred family and friends.

Had a tire blow out on my small utility trailer yesterday. I called my roadside assistance company and they wanted to send me these people. I spoke to a gentlemen here that wanted to charge me for a tire which I was willing to do but also wanted to charge me a service fee on top of what my road side assistance pay them per call. He explained to me that Road America is not very reputable and that they don’t pay them anything for their services. If this is the case why take their call? I have used my road side assistance before and I never had to pay for the services rendered. Long story short these people tried to make a quick buck in someone else’s moment of despair. I am glad I didn’t receive the service from this company for 119.00 they probably would’ve brought me a bald tire and would’ve also been liable for hefty service fee.

I used Richard’s Mobile Tire Service this last week, JC came out to fix my motorhome tires. He was polite and on time for the repairs. I will definitely use this tire service again!
