Ritz Cleaners

This is one of the best cleaners I have ever dealt with! From customer service to their magical cleaning skills. I had an expensive red designer dress that had several severe black pavement marks all along the bottom from wearing it at an outdoor event and I was certain the dress was ruined especially after another cleaners had mentioned so. When I called Yvonne she was beyond accommodating and was able to put my mind at ease. They were not only open on Sundays but she was able to expedite it faster than I thought. Yvonne and her team were a true blessing and I’m so happy that I found this cleaners and refer them highly over any cleaners in the area!!! Thank you again Ritz Cleaners for making my dress like brand new!!! :)

This family owned place is absolutely awesome. I have gone here a few times to get my ball gowns altered and cleaned. I have even taken some shirts in to be fixed (holes, straps broken, etc) The seamstress is amazing. Such a good heart and always more than accommodating. They always get my order down on time and will perfection. Thank you so much guys. I will ALWAYS spend my money here.

Ritz Cleaners is hands down the best! Their prices are very reasonable and they are super friendly that they know you be name! My husband has taken a number of items for alterations and they always come back perfect! Last week when I picked up our weekly dry cleaning there was money hanging from our order. When the owner handed me our clothes she said, «you forgot some money in you pocket.» I was so shocked that there are still honest people in the world! Most people would have just kept the money, but not them. Thank you Ritz Cleaners for such GREAT service!

These guys are the best, not only do they provide great service and monthly deals via text they will work with you if you need stuff sooner, I was flying out on a business trip the next day and they told me it would be no trouble to have it at 5pm the same day.

The only things I get dry cleaned are my prized jackets, coats, suits and my Pendletons. I used to care more about price than service and would take some 40 items once or twice a year to get pressed more than cleaned. I realized that when your dropping off that much business most places will cut you a deal and make it somewhat competitive. So I did that for years and for me and my busy schedule it’s more about convenience. So yes other cleaners do pick up and delivery, but Ritz is the closet to me house and are open 7 – 7 which work for me before or after work. I’ve yet to get altered by them.

They do great work on cleaning and alterations as well. It is reasonably priced for San Diego but might be a little high for Oceanside. They always remember us as regular customers and have even driven clothes to our home when we are in a bind as a professional courtesy. This is the only place we go for dry cleaning since they are reliable and quick, and do a great job.

Ritz Cleaners is not only expensive (they quote you one price then increase it when you pick up your dry cleaning) it also has terrible customer service. The gentleman that works there seems to always have a bad attitude. I mean he has ZERO personality. That being said, he should not be interacting with customers. He has never greeted me when I walk in and that is unacceptable. I took a designer blouse in to have buttons sown on the cuffs. Of course this loser tells me they couldn’t do it. Not 3 minutes later a woman walks in immediately offering to assist me. I mentioned that I needed to have buttons sown on the cuffs of my blouse, but that the gentleman stated it could not be done. She immediately disagreed and apologized for his mistake. Even went out if her way to find pearl cuff links for my blouse — free of charge she says. The gentleman who appeared to be her husband seemed pissed by her generous gesture. I tried this dry cleaners based purely on convenience. However, there are too many other dry cleaners in the area with better prices and wonderful customer service. I will gladly take my business to a local dry cleaner that values customer service. Ritz if you care about your customers, I recommend you work on providing better service. A smile wouldn’t hurt every once in a while.
I give Ritz Cleaners 1 star for the high prices and bad customer service. I increased the overall rating to 2 stars for the lady who went out of her way to make me a satisfied customer.
It’s unfortunate, but I would not recommend this dry cleaners
