Dr. Miller distinguished himself by winning local and national accolades for work on the effects of inhaled anesthetics on memory while a resident at UC Irvine Medical Center. He went on to complete a multidisciplinary fellowship in Pain Management at UC Davis Medical Center. Dr. Miller was recruited back to UC Irvine Medical Center to serve as Assistant Clinical Professor and Director of Clinical Research in the Division of Pain Medicine. After ground-​breaking work in novel techniques of pain control by using electromagnetic fields, Dr. Miller left the university in 2008 to focus on further developing these techniques. His efforts increasingly turned to Regenerative Medicine applications as he pursued treatments that could harness and direct the body’s own unique healing powers. Dr Miller has since become a leader in the field.

In desperate need to find a good tattoo removal professional, I turned to Unilocal & google to do some research. I found 2 locations in SD with the Picosure machine which according to web searches, this is the way to go for best results. I called both companies and chose here not just because of the location, but Nancy’s genuine concern for my ordeal. And they charge significantly less! I went in on Sat. to complete paperwork and returned on Monday for the treatment. I think the paperwork can be done while waiting for an hour as the topical anesthetic worked to save an extra trip in, but that’s a minor issue. I was nervous because who’s not when anticipating pain?! But Nancy and Dr. Miller was very nice and reassuring so the process wasn’t too frightening. All in all, the process took maybe 10 minutes. And it hurt! I don’t know how the people in videos lay there as if they’re sun bathing! Dr. Miller was quick, but the ‘zapping’ still hurt. Maybe my tattoo being so close to the webbing between my fingers is a factor. Today is only day 2 since the treatment, I only see a little fading so I’m looking forward to hopefully see it gone in a few weeks!

I wish I had found this place sooner!
I came here for tattoo removal. I had previously had 17 treatments with traditional laser tattoo removal and the blue and green inks were not coming off. Not only that, by this time I had significant scarring on the skin surrounding my tattoo. I read about the PicoSure and made an appointment here for consultation.
Right from the beginning the staff was very friendly and professional. Everything was explained to me and the pricing was very reasonable. Nurse Nancy and Dr. Miller are fantastic.
The best part — it s absolutely amazing how much my tattoo lightened after just one treatment. After so many failed treatments prior to coming here I though my tattoo would never come off. And the healing time is so much better than my previous experience — little to no discomfort. But wait, it gets even better — as a bonus my scarring has improved so much — seriously it is almost gone.
If you want your tattoos removed, don’t waste your time and money going anywhere else.

Nancy took excellent care of me the moment I meet her. Very professional from the start. Made my opointment and every thing went just as she said it would. Showed up on time and was moved right in to start the numbing. Doc came in and was very professional and down to business. I was going to have the tattoos removed and covered up because they where so dark. He did such a great job I have decided to keep them. They use the top of the line laser that to me I could not ask for a better place. Highly recommend. Don’t waste time looking around just get it down. What more can I say just ask for Nancy for the best.

I am a Professional Stunt Woman, Dancer, ex competitive Gymnast, and Ex competitive springboard Diver. My whole life I’ve been very active, competitively as well as leisurely, doing high adrenaline sports like skateboarding and snowboarding, and flipping on concrete.
I had a ACL reconstructive knee surgery back in 1995, which I found out failed through three visits to three different doctors in 2013. I had an arthroscopic surgery in august 2013 to clean out scar tissue. I have had major arthritis from years of physical activity and was told I could not get another reconstructive surgery or ACL replacement. Since I had already functioned many years with no ACL, I looked in to Stem Cell therapy. Dr. Miller did some PRP plasma injections to prep my knee for stem cell surgery. The process was well administered, safe and clean, with No problems. I was on crutches for a couple of weeks, and began swimming. It’s been 7 months and my knee is SIGNIFICANTLY better now, less pain, and I am able to move around had have more flexibility. Dr. Miller was very informative, professional and friendly, and explained everything and answered any of my questions .
My body is my livelihood and I have used it in a rigorous way, I feel this is the first time in a long time my knee feels more flexible and strong. I do recommend stem cell therapy for people with knee arthritis.

Subject: Treatment for My GBS (MFS) Facial Paralysis
I was diagnosed with Miller Fisher’s syndrome (a form of Guillain-​Barré syndrome GBS) on 5÷19÷2013 which is an autoimmune disease that attacks the nerves of the face. Hospital treatment stopped further damage, but my facial nerve paralysis did not improve for 2 months. I had no motion in my face. I could not open my eyes, or smile or move my lips. I went to a famous facial retraining physical therapist however was told that it would take a long time for the nerve to grow back at my age (70years old) Dr. Jason Miller started the stem-​cell program on my face. The first phase was to inject my own growth hormone on 7÷12÷2014, 10 days later my facial muscles started to move slightly and by 8÷5÷2014 I re-​gained my ability to smile. I did not need to take the second phase of treatment with my own stem cells. That was amazing and my physical therapist was surprised as well. Dr. Miller was kind and patient. I am grateful for his professional knowledge and surgical skills. I would recommend highly his advanced treatment with growth hormone and stem cells.
