Finally got tired of fighting with one of my sliding glass doors and called Sliding Solutions. The technicians that did the work were extremely professional and courteous. I highly recommend this company!

I had a horrible experience with another sliding door repair company and Sliding Solutions was able to save the day. The other company did not quote me a price up front, said they would be back in 1 hour with the parts, and left me without a door on my home for over 7 hours — claiming they had to drive all over to find the part. Sliding Solutions was fast, efficient, and saved me on a Saturday! I am a Realtor and will be recommending them to my clients!

Great experience working with this company. From initial call to Customer Service, Shannon was knowledgeable and pleasant; great follow-​up to confirm appointment time. Joey and Donald arrived about 10 minutes early after calling to verify that would be OK. Quickly assessed our problem with a sticking slider and offered solutions. Repaired our door after concluding initial suggested fix was impractical given our door construction. Works great now and actually came in under the quote. Left the site as clean as when they arrived. What a pleasure to work with pleasant, knowledgeable, ethical professionals. Highly recommend this company.

Shannon, Donald, and Christian were great at answering my questions and providing up front answers. The crew explained what was causing my sliding glass door to make sounds while rolling. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous from beginning to end. The door is like new with the tandem wheels that were installed.

They came on time, were professional, and it cost me less than the over the phone quote. I cannot be happier with the results in making my slider work better.

We have a sliding glass door that was pretty much inoperable for years because of bad rollers and a broken handle. We finally called Sliding Solutions and we are so glad we did. The door operates as if new. The 2 guys that came out were polite and efficient and in a little under 2 hours they were done, for a fraction of the price of ordering a custom slider. Joey and Donald fixed 10 sliding mirrored closet doors where, in one way or another, every one needed something, from parts, to alignment, to a new full-​length mirror in one. These doors have been a problem for at least a decade and we just never got around to doing anything about it. It did not make sense to do it piecemeal to we did it all at once.
They arrived on time (both for the estimate visit and then for the repair visit) an were quite knowledgable and professional. Hopefully I will never need them again for my sliding closet doors, but I very much might use them in the future for other needs which they do. I am quite happy.

After having a problem with our sliding door for about a year, I got tired of fighting the door and called someone. When I called Sliding Solutions, I spoke to a lovely and pleasant girl that gave me the assurance that they will be able to fix my door. She informed me that the guys were not too far away from me and would be at my home in under 30 minutes.
Exactly as she said, they were here within 30 minutes. Joey and Donald were pleasant and very helpful. They took the door out, fixed the issue and cleaned up after themselves. They had their own vacuum to clean up. Joey noticed that the lock wasn’t working on that door and he replaced that as well.
The price was reasonable and for the quality of work I received, well worth every penny!
If or when I ever have problem with this or any other door or window, I will definitely call Sliding Solutions. Will also request Joey and Donald as they were super professional and know exactly what they’re doing. Very highly recommended. Actually deserve more than 5 stars!!!
