It’s Subway. What are you going to expect. However, usually we at least get a greeting when we come in. The lady working didn’t even acknowledge our existance and finally put some gloves on and came around the corner to take our order. Also, the cucumbers on my sandwhich were very old and I had to pick them out(yuck). I prefer the downtown Oceanside location to this one.

Love this subway. Staff always friendly. Jaynay was great today. Came in hungry and cranky and her smile made it all better. Thank you.

It’s Subway. I mean, they’re not reinventing the wheel here. I have never experienced any of the problems listed in these reviews. I’ve seen the owner there and he was efficiently and pleasantly the obvious guy in charge. I’ve never seen any bad interactions with him and the staff. I go to this Subway maybe once or twice a month, it’s down the street from my house and when we’re behind on groceries and food prep, I go to get a breakfast egg white flatbread and a footlong Ham on Wheat to have for breakfast and lunch for the next 2 days. And then to get multiple sandwiches when I’ve had people working on my house, I have picked up lunch as a «thank you» several times… Never have had a problem with my orders. The way Subway works is that you tell them what you want, starting with what size and what kind of bread, then what kind of meat and cheese… do you want it toasted? Then you tell them what veggies you want, and last what condiments, so I am not following how the order can get«screwed up» since you tell them what you want and you WATCH them make it. So half the responsibility is yours. For instance, I am not a fan of Raw Onion. So if I see the person making my sandwich(aka Sandwich Artist) put onion on it, I correct them and make them take it off. How hard is that… Subway is a decent option in the world of fast food, and really, every Subway I have ever been to in the last 25 years probably, has been consistent.

This was a very confusing dining experience. The food was fine, customer service was actually really good. However, I think about 1⁄5 employees was actually wearing a subway uniform. The one that was had a giant hole in her pants with her flabby butt showing. One guy was wearing a trench coat and some Indian guy was wearing a ratty polo. Also, the bathroom was horrible. Absolutely disgusting. I needed to wash my hands and I felt like they were dirtier after going to the restroom than before.

FIrst off: this location has moved to the Earthgrown Market center down the street. It’s on the corner building, right next to Pizza Hut. Food is fin — it’s like any other Subway you’ve had. Consistency is king, right? Clean store, they get you in and out fast, Manager is Indian and runs a tight ship. Danielle is the friendliest sub maker there — look for her.

Ya know as I sit here and start to write this review I can’t help to think, Why? Why waste my time for one and why me for two??? Why the hell do I always have to have the freakin’ worst service and stupid idiotic people to help me? Why? Simple comprehensive skills were taught back in elementary school, you would think they would carry over to adulthood well apparently NOT! You work in a sub shop and as I slowly read you from my list of sandwiches one at a time repeating what I want on the first sandwich your dumb ass wants two sandwiches at a time… ok fine I give you what you want but actually LISTEN to what I’m saying and stop trying to act like your the hottest shit in sub making ever! The 6 inch has the Avo not the 12 inch I repeated 3 times but nope it still got fucked up! The 6in has meat the 12 inch is cheese only my god how hard can that be??? They ended screwing up 5 of 6 sandwiches not a great record for a first visit here. If I could write down the order with no problemo then you should be able to listen and hear the order correctly as I read it to you! Oh and I should also mention that I was the only person in line for this entire transaction until we were on the last sandwich so with 3 people working shouldn’t they have gotten it right??? Things that make you go hmmmmmmmm???
