My family and I have been going to Nancy for years. She is so honest and goes out of her way to make sure her customers are happy. She and her crew are superb. I drive 45 mins for any car repair needed. You are in good hands with Nancy and her crew. It’s rare to find competent, trustworthy people. Thanks Nancy!

Recently had the «Service Engine Soon» light come on in my 2008 Nissan Versa SL, so I borrowed a friend’s code reader and write down the results, which seemed to indicate an O2 Sensor failure.
Saw a couple of recommendations from neighbors in the NextDoor app and figured I’d give the shops a call.
TNT Services took down the codes and determined that it wasn’t an O2 Sensor (a verdict that a call to the other shop corroborated), they were able to rapidly tell me the costs for the parts and labor.
I also called the nearby major dealership and they didn’t want to have anything to do with my codes and insisted on giving me a rough estimate for work I didn’t really need that was also significantly higher that the estimates I’d received from the shops recommended by my neighbors. Pfft, forget that, I’m going for TNT Services!
Showed up a few minutes before opening on MLK Day and was greeted by the owner. She remembered me from my phone call a few days earlier and asked if I was leaving the car or waiting. After I told her I’d be waiting she asked me to give them a few hours to get the part and return at 11AM.
Upon my return they immediately went to work on my car. I was immediately notified when there was an issue with a sticky part and told that it would take a little longer so that they could properly remove the item without damaging it or my car. (This worked for me because the delightful Legacy Brewing Company is right across the street!)
TNT Services completed the work under budget and taking just a little longer than initially assessed (thanks to the sticky part, which they managed to free without damaging it or my car) and I was credited $ 25 for my Unilocal check-​in!
I’m quite delighted with the level of service that I received at TNT Services.
I’m also delighted to report they have a Keurig coffee maker with a variety of different beverages available, Free WiFi, and some magazines in the waiting room.
TNT Services will be my go-​to shop for car repairs from now on.

I’ve had all five of my Toyotas serviced at TNT since 1990. My family’s cars have gone through an engine, head rebuild, rear end replacement, rack and pinion replacements, electrical repairs, radiators, water pumps, brakes, starter motors… TNT has fixed it all for us.
This shop is honest. I’ve never once been given a hard sell for something my car didn’t need. I completely trust them. They get the repairs done right and in a timely manner. Nancy has saved me tons of $$ by finding remanufactured parts while avoiding the over-​priced dealer.
I keep my cars running for years and years, seldom buying new. Thus, I’m very, very finicky about my cars and their maintenance, and I like to know all of the details of «what» and «why». Tim and Nancy take the time to make sure all of my questions are answered.
A typical car repair at TNT for me now goes like this: call Nancy to describe the issue and get an appt., drop the car off the night before, TNT makes the repair, I pay over the phone, and pick up the car after work. Done. Easy.
It’s hard to believe we’ve known Nancy, Tim, and Terry (has since left) for 25 years. Our family is so grateful for TNT Auto Repair Services; they’re like family.

This is the most honest and trustworthy auto shop I have ever been to. Love Nancy, her daughter, and the awesome crew. Thank you for all the great work you’ve done for me over the years.

Great place… I had an appointment there for an oil leak… Brought it in and they told me that the last place that did my oil change had used a cardboard gasket that couldn’t hold… I walked out a very happy camper… My car was fixed and with the discount offer on Unilocal,I only paid 16.25 for everything. Will definitely be coming back.

Nancy is amazing. She’s honest and kind.

Great place! Honest, reasonable pricing, and great customer service! I brought my Sequoia in because the fuel tank was broken and the ac wasn’t cooling. These people know what they are doing and are very experienced.

I drive a Nissan Xterra and was in need of an oil change, and wanted to have the car checked out for any other general problems, so my boyfriend referred me to TNT Services. This place is a family run business with honest mechanics, great prices and great work. My boyfriend drives a Toyota Tacoma with a trd supercharger, and this is his go-​to shop for a reason. Nancy was very helpful and informative with quotes and answering any other questions I had. Also, their shop pup (Jake) is pretty handsome ;)

Happy to give TNT the highest rating! This is THE place to bring your cars for repair. We discovered TNT through a friend’s recommendation when I needed an 80k service. Nancy and crew were awesome. Several years ago, I shopped around to compare service (including a list of what is done at an 80K) and pricing and they were BY FAR the most reasonable. The estimate also included an oil change, however, I have a lifetime oil change at my local Midas, so Nancy took the cost of that right off the top of her estimate rather than just having a set 80k price regardless of what is actually needed! She gladly ran through what they would do and, as per all other jobs I’ve done there, stuck with the original estimate.
During my last visit, (for brakes), I asked Nancy to do whatever was needed… basically gave her free reign to do any repairs, etc to keep my Lexus in tip-​top shape, and she simply repaired the back brakes and told me that within one year, I would need a few more things done. I was in and out for simply the brake cost.
I love this place… They are an honest, no frills automotive shop… Customer oriented and with a satisfaction guarantee.
Won’t take my GX470 (now with 120k) anywhere else!

I found out why these guys have such great reviews! They made dropping off my truck easy, shopped around for the cheapest parts, called me with estimates and their price was very fair. If you have a Toyota, use them!!!

I had a great experience with TNT. Honest customer service and up front about pricing, swift service on my vehicle. If I ever run into any car issues there’s no question about where I will take my car for repair!

Great place to take your car, they are reasonable, honest and do good work. Hard to find a place that is honest anymore. Family owned, call them and I bet their quotes are cheaper than other places too. Nancy is a doll, and if your car does not need something she will be trufthful about it and give you options. They service my supercharged Tacoma and other cars.

Maybe the only reliable mechanic in this area of Mission Ave. They are not pushing repairs that aren’t needed. I’ve only had maintenance work done here but my car always drives great when I get it back.

You don’t see many repair shops that have a five star rating on Unilocal.This place is amazing. Been bringing my vehicles here since 2002. They specialize in Toyotas but they’ll work on anything. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the mechanics take time to explain issues one on one.

I’m a woman so dealing with another woman in the auto shop is a blessing!
I’ve been here 3 times now. All 3 times they were professional, fast and the least expensive. They only fixed what I absolutely needed fixed NOW and told me what I can wait on. I appreciate that since money is tight. When dealing with Nancy or her daughter, I felt so comfortable like I was dealing with my mom or sister. Honestly. Keep up the good work!

Great place. Used to ONLY take our Camry to Toyota Carlsbad for routine service until repairs were needed. Came here for a second opinion and felt MORE comfortable with Nancy’s knowledge and lack of up-​selling pressure. Shop floor is extremely clean. «Waiting area» could be updated. I’ll still do my oil changes at Toyota Carlsbad, but I’m coming here for all other maintenance.

You know why people keep coming back here, cuz they are honest and get sh** done and don’t try to rip you off! I have been coming here since 1998, they treat you awesome and respect you! Been happy with all the work they have ever done.

Great shop. I can always rely on the guys here to do the right thing. I hate auto places that try to upssale, or do wrong/​extra things to your car, blah blah. I spent $$ trying to fix an annoying sound my tacoma was making at other shops. they wanted to replace this and that or fix this and that. When I tried a few different options including changing belts, etc… I took it here and they found that it was just my oil pan screwed in incorrectly. …they also adjusted my brakes and all that for 30ish dollars. Trustworthy shop!
