I’ve had the Wave installed a few weeks now, and the quality of air in my home has improved. Presently, it is winter and the heat is on making the humidity minimal. I expect it will greatly reduce humidity in the spring & summer months. I’ve heard positive comments from family who also use the Wave.

This is a great air filter! I I previously got the Wave Unit for my basement and now just got the portable filters from them for my home as well. I have owned many filters in the past — HEPA, UV, carbon, etc. This has everything in it and works better and more effectively than any I’ve owned. Highly recommend!

I have a high water table and 2 sump pumps in my basement. Have flooded twice during major storms and once due to a sewer backup. After clean up I ran a dehumidifier 24X7. I started smelling mustiness and the air was very humid. Within 3 days after installing the Wave System, my basement/​crawl space was dry and odor free. Installation and purchase were easy, clean and efficient. I can higly recommend.

I live in an old home with a partially finished basement. My basement really smelled musty! I installed the Wave ventilation unit about a year ago and I can’t believe the difference it has made. I don’t have have a den in my home, so my basement is the room we hang out in and watch TV etc. My basement no longer stinks! It’s nice and dry and comfortable down there. I’m so happy I installed this unit. I keep it running all the time even in the winter. It has hardly made a dent on my electric bill. This is a great product, worth every penny.

I’ve been running the Wave in my home for almost 8 years now and it works great! Before I had the unit installed my basement was always damp and stuffy. The first thing that we noticed was that in just a few days the odors were gone. It took a little while but it did dry the insulation that had gotten wet from condensation and I haven’t had to use my old dehumidifier in years. And also to my surprise there are no more cave crickets they seem to have just moved out!

We have 2 systems… for our primary house and a vacation house. The one in the primary house seemed to take some of the dampness out of our basement so we installed one in our vacation house. The customer service was actually pretty decent but the fact of the matter is… the system really just DOES NOT WORK. We actually had a major mold problem within 15 feet of the physical unit. Ive since had 2 calls with the people in the headquarters but now they have completely disappeared. I’ve left messages for them for weeks and no one returns a call. I am now installing a dehumidification system to do what the WAVE was supposed to do. The Wave just basically circulates air, it does nothing to take out the humidity. Bottom line… fool me once… I would save my money. This product is all hype.

I purchased the ventilation system back in June. At first it worked great but than a few weeks later it stopped working properly. I called customer service who said I need to contact technical support. I contacted technical support and waited for someone to call me back. It took a few days and then they said I need to be in front of the machine. They are only open for a few hours a day and they never answer their phone. I work full time and the few times I was home during the day and tried to call them of course no one answered. I called back customer service and they said there is nothing they can do. It seems that there is no guarantee from the company that sales you the product the guarantee is from a 3rd party who they have no control over.
DON’T PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT!!!

I called for information on the wave ventilation system and received all the info I needed. I’ve been hearing many good things about this system and their advertising really caught my ear so I called. I’ll be making a purchase later this week and will write a review once the system is installed. I have no idea why the folks below wrote what they did, I had absolutely no issues with their customer service people.

First lesson of customer service, always give your name! I called for information and the person I spoke with used language that should be reserved for a bar room brawl! Disgusting! How is it possible that they could be so unaware that women are responsible for 93% of the purchasing decisions in American homes?

HOW RUDE and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! This company’s customer service is far beyond rude and unprofessional. The person I talked to, Ralph, did not have any manners at all and should NOT be a customer representative. I was looking for some water treatment for my home — and his attitude pushed me away from the moment he opened his mouth. Wave Home Solutions just lost a BIG customer (YES, I purchased a package of $ 8100 from another company) because of your unprofessional employee Ralph!!! Those of you who are thinking about buying from this company, think twice. They WILL at some point be disrespectful towards you. Your call! I don’t do business with unprofessional people. If I could give a ZERO and not a star, I would!!!
