Michel B. Events, a boutique event planning and design team, crafts personalized weddings and other special celebrations as sophisticated and stylish as the party-​throwers themselves. From modern rustic to contemporary art deco, from a sleek rooftop in downtown Los Angeles to a lush vineyard in Santa Ynez Valley, we create luxurious, contemporary and timeless events that your guests will be raving about for years.

Though we’re based in Ojai, California, your ideal event may not be. So let us come to you! We happily travel anywhere and everywhere.

Business Owner

Owner, creative director, planner, coordinator (Don’t forget friend, juggler, orchestrator, nurse, therapist and hand-​holder…) — What doesn’t Michel do? Michel diligently balances the overarching vision with all of the details to make it all happen!

When it comes to events, Michel is no novice. Over the past twenty years, Los Angeles-​born Michel has planned and executed nearly every type of fête, from a live rock concert on a rooftop in Las Vegas to a Sweet 16 birthday extravaganza at Disneyland. Add to those a myriad of magical weddings, charity events and bar/​bat mitzvahs to make for a vibrant (and diverse!) life of event planning.

Though now based in Ojai, Michel honed her eye for design while photographing weddings on St. John in the US Virgin Islands (…talk about the good life!). Now, from the initial save-​the-​date to the final dance, Michel works closely with clients to bring their dream celebrations to life.
