BC Clark Jewlers

I visited the downtown location to find a wedding band for my now wife. Walked in and was greeted by Chrystal. Chrystal sat down with my wife and I and we tried to find a band that would align with her custom made engagement ring, but we did not have much luck. She contacted the company that made the ring and they could make the ring but it would take 3 weeks. It was my fault for waiting to get the ring but Chrystal had some good options, even offered a loaner ring for the wedding.
While trying to figure out how to resolve the issue Coleman Clark asked how things were going and Chrystal told him about our dilemma. He called the company and put a rush on the ring for us and supported the loaner ring backup plan.
Picking out my ring was very quick and easy.
One week later we got a cal from Chrystal that the rings were ready for pickup, just in time for the wedding.
Came back after the wedding to see about getting the rings soldered together and they took great care of us.
Overall great experience with the downtown BC Clark store. As with most business and sales transactions, it’s the sales person who makes the experience. Thank you Chrystal and Coleman.

If you are from Oklahoma City, you are familiar with the jingle each year before Christmas. It drives you insane during the holidays, but when you move away, you miss it and call your friends to sing it to you, to make you not miss being home during the holidays.
BC Clark is more than a jewelry store, it is an Oklahoma City icon. Their staff is well trained in jewelry knowledge and high-​end gifts. They often have open houses and trunk shows to encourage more patrons, where they bring in jewelry and experts from around the world.
Many of my friends have stated they have the same style rings for less, but when discussing the the staff at BC Clark, the friends are not aware of the 4 C’s. BC Clark’s staff take the time explain why their display pieces are priced the way they are. Then they offer to create a custom order for any price range.
In addition to providing great education and events, BC Clark has supported the community and young professional groups in which I have been involved. All of that being said, their quality of service and knowledge is top notch, much more than you will receive from a national retailer. Pricing is fair for what you are receiving.
But for the love of my vitamin D deficiency, please stop «praying for rain!» Congratulations to all of the 18 couples thus far in 2015 that have received money back for their engagement rings!
