Always very long lines and sloooow register! I always have this experience at any VS. I bought the leggings here online through the store and I wear them everyday. So I guess it’s worth my time.

Why do people pay so much money for underwear??? I’ll never get it. These products were all probably made by little kids or a bunch of ladies that get paid nothing so we can pay a whole lot and the companies make tons of money… Just don’t get it. Well. One of the starts is cus my wife says she like the quality. The second star is for having chairs right in front of the store so I can wait indoor when it is 106 °F outside. I don’t have kids… But I would probably have a hard time trying to explain my little daughter why this store is covered with pictures of half-naked ladies with tons of makeup.

I would like to start out by saying that I came to Penn Square specifically to go to Victoria’s Secret. I walked in and I had a free panty card with me and I was looking for an employee to ask which stand had the panty so I could grab it before I started shopping. There was no one in sight. I wandered back to the dressing room where I finally found someone and asked where I could find that specific panty and received this response: «it’s at the counter when you check out like it always is. Is that all your getting?» And it was in the most condescending tone. I told her no, and that every other time that I’ve been to Victoria’s Secret ever in my life, I’ve had to ask which stand and was always directed to a specific one or told to choose any from the large display. And I was planning on shopping for a bathing suit, I just wanted to grab this first. I should have just left, but I decided to stay and look at bathing suits. I found exactly one top in the whole store in my size and u hated the pattern, of course I could find no employees to assist me in my search. I went to the counter to ask if they had anything else in my size. I was told if I didn’t see any then probably not. She suggested I try the one I found on and if I liked the fit then she could order one in for me. I reluctantly went back to the dressing room and a second employee hiding in the back opened and room for me and told me to let her know if I needed a different size or style. I hated the style so I turned my help light on and the girl came back and I asked her to bring me anything else in my size. Apparently they did have more of my size stored in the back and I was brought a different top! This one wasn’t my style either but I was happy to finally have someone doing their job. I left the dressing room empty handed and headed to the front to ask for my free panty. The employee at the front also gave me the«is that really all you’re getting» line in a snotty voice. So I told her I tried to find more but the customer service was so poor I couldn’t even try to shop in this store. Since when is it OK to treat customers this way? I will be avoiding this store from now on and always go to the Quail Springs location. I would also like to know when it became such a big deal to use a free no purchase necessary coupon? Corporate would not continue to print and send these to customers if they didn’t want people to use them and employees should stop being rude about it.

Amber and Nichole were wonderful. Although I was pretty demanding their attitudes never altered. They remained respectful and helpful

Since the day I actually knew what VS was(I dunno, like early teens?), I’ve always been way too intimidated to go in there. Though, finally, a week or two ago I decided to get over it, because I needed some serious help. I was helped by one of the loveliest women ever, Emily. She sized me and helped me pick out what I needed, and it was a huge relief. She is very knowledgeable and immensely friendly. Sure, prices are a little high, but I’ve never had a(TMI) more comfortable bra ever. So, sure I’ll drop $ 50 instead of $ 25 for that.
