WATCH YOUR LEASE. Although this can be a great place to live, they like to screw you on your lease. For example, my daughter’s lease was written to start on the 3rd of her beginning month and end on the 26th of her last month. Seems simple enough but since the first and last month aren’t prorated, they successfully cheated her out of 7 days (over $ 100 of rent paid for no reason).

I frequently travel to OKC for work and the fairways were a go to place. The apartments here are fine and the location is excellent but the manager has a real attitude problem. Until I hear that a new manager is put into place I will not be staying here.

We love this place! FAA housing friendly! So sad we weren’t able to stay this trip, because of the tornado. The last time we stayed it was amazing and comfy. Just across the street is an awesome Irish pub, we absolutely fell in love with. Super food and atmosphere.
I’d recommend to anyone! Looking forward to being able to visit again!

Stayed here when I was working for the FAA for academy and RTF training. VERY reasonably priced. I always got the 2BR its easy once classes start to find a roommate to move in with you from class. You will both save a ton of money
FREE UNLIMITED GOLF on the course next door. Fitness room and pool, also a common area room with a big screen (came in handy for March Madness and the Superbowl).
Shuttle to and from MMAC.
Friday’s someone comes and cleans up your place for you. Frickin’ awesome!
