The wife and I have been here for the annual pin up sale and for events. The sale is really fun as they have modern, dance, vintage, and pin up items. I am a collector of old magazines and have found great deals on those as well.
The events are always fun. You will hear about upcoming events if you follow them on Facebook. We have also seen their performers at other events and have always had a blast.
So, attend a show, go to the sale, take a class… You can’t go wrong.

I ended up in OKC a lot in 2015 and wanted to continue my life as much as normal. I was so excited to find a quality pole studio jogging distance from my hotels.
They restructured the classes in November and I think this was definitely for the positive. A class on Inversion-​only. Yay!
Jen was my favorite instructor. If I couldn’t do a move, she’d show me several lower-​level moves that would help me build up or better understand the new move. This was extremely helpful.
Karah does a fun dance-​only class, no pole. I grew up dancing and it had been so many years since I had a jazz class. I really liked that. This ended up being scheduled for the same time as the Inversion class with the November restructure and that made me sad.
Rachele is very good as well.

My first experience here was very reminiscient of my first time to ever go to a Pole Dancing class — they taught transitions, floorwork, the walk, and the basic spins for about an hour. Although it was a Level 1 & 2 class, they didn’t really cater to those that were in the Level 2 category. And one of the girls had taken that (same) class 8 times! The only reason I was a tad sore the next day was because I hadn’t been to a class in a couple of months.
Around half an hour into the hour class, it got really warm. By the end, my pole was super hot.
They can fit 14 into a class, but I feel that this is at least four too many. It can be a little tough to hear in the back corner.
While our class was going on, they also had a belly dancing class which looked fun as hell and seemed that it would definitely tone you up!
The parking is mediocre. Besides the (four or five) parallel spots on the side of the street and the (two or three) spots in front of the garage door (don’t worry, I double checked and the garage doors are theirs and won’t tow!), there are a couple of lots on the West side of the building and across the street that can be used for free.
The studio has what you would kind of expect at a place that teaches you to dance on a pole — pin-​up girl pictures, feather boas, a Marilyn cut-​out, etc.
I’ll definitely be back to see how the other classes are — hopefully they will be able to work on their scheduling and get more class times!

I contacted Teaze to set up a private lesson for my friends bachelorette party. Our instructor went above and beyond. To start, the first hotel we were at botched our reservations. Or instructor followed us to the next locale (even though we got lost at one point). They botched our reservations at the second hotel (at this point I was close to melting down as organizing a bachelorette is a little like herding cats when everything goes well, to say nothing of when things go poorly.) Adrian, our instructor, stepped in, spoke with hotel management and negotiated the use of their conference room so that we could finally have our burlesque lesson.
Once we finally got started we had so much fun. Most of the girls in our group have kids, and at no point did we feel trashy or out of our league physically. Adrian made great use of the time we had and was so flexible about our arrangements even though had I been in her shoes, I don’t know if I would have been as accommodating. She taught us some awesome moves, helped get our party started, and by the end of the lesson, I had totally forgotten about the mishaps of the hotel arrangements. It was so much fun, and I definitely want to try a class at their studio. So much fun!

Bring out your inner Aphrodite (goddess of love) through some pole dancing classes! Even if you won’t be showing off your tricks to a special someone its still an amazing workout! I loved every class I went to and its a real good place to take some of your girlfriends to have fun and get in a good workout! I got a groupon so if you don’t wanna pay full price look out for those but get them soon cuz they’re increasing prices (including groupon price).
All the instructors are super nice and they’ll help you out! Wear good running/​workout shoes for the R.I.P.P.E.D. class. It’s for those who like a hardcore workout, reminded me of P90x a little but don’t let that scare you away! I thought it was really fun and definitely felt accomplished after class. lol.
Pole Kitten class: Wear short shorts and preferably sleeveless shirts for the pole classes, you’ll be barefoot and don’t put on lotion cuz you’ll keep slipping. You’ll learn basic tricks on the pole. Pole Fox is the advanced pole dancing class
Lap-​dancing class was so much fun! And its not at all what I thought it would be, its way more subtle than you think lol.
These are just the classes I went to but they do offer a good variety of classes and they have plenty of time slots. I’ve been 5 times and everytime I went I loved it so I highly recommend it!

I took my first class today and I still feeling the burn. The owner Lynn is very friendly and put me at ease about taking a class at Teaze. The instructors are well educated in many forms of dance. My instructor Andrea went through the different spins and other tricks very slowly so everyone could catch on. She offered individual instruction if there was something that you did not understand. The class sizes are small so you don’t feel overwhelmed. I did not feel intimidated or nervous. The 1 hour class just flew by. We did a warm up and cool down. This felt more like fun than working out, but BOY it IS a workout. I will be going back to work on my fitness, strength and get my sexy back =). They also offer other classes, just not pole fitness. They offer prepaid packages as well as individual classes. There are no contracts which I find very appealing. All the classes are drop in only, so its a good idea to get there early. Give them a try, any age or size are welcome.
