Willow Cliff Lakeshore Apartments

I lived in these apartments for 8 years. In the beginning it was a nice place to live. Towards the end of my stay there, crime increased. From my balcony I witnessed a man be shot by the police, in the middle of the complex a woman was murdered and her body was put in her car and the car was set on fire. There is a huge problem with drugs in the complex, I know of at least 2 incidents where the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs came into the complex to do a bust. People have been shot in the back of the complex. It is not a safe place to live or raise a family. Now if that was not bad enough, you have management that abuses the law. My fiancé worked for the complex, he was terminated on unfounded reasons. He was discriminated against by a fellow employee, the same employee that threatend my fiancé life, but that same person was allowed to work there while they terminated my fiancé. On top of that they are now holding our belongings unlawfully until we pay them over $ 1000 on so called carpet cleaning, which that carpet is the same carpet that was in there when I moved in 8 years ago and is thread-​bare in large portions. And they are going to charge us over $ 1000 to clean it? Really?! They are also trying to add charges of covered parking to the padded bill, but we did not live there at the time. The judge awarded them «Possession only» which is for the apartment, not our belongings and certainly not for fraudlent charges they are trying to get us to pay so we can have our belongings. So does this sound like a place you would want to live? I would not even recommend this place to my enemies. There are better places out there. Stay away from this one!
