Jefferson Place Apartments

Throroughly enjoyed my year and a half here. I just signed a lease with another apartment complex and regret my decision immediatly. The office staff at Jeffereson was very helpful and kind. Got me a great deal on a 2 bdrm for $ 510 a month. Simple apartments but he if you don’t care for granite countertops then who cares. Maintenance was beyond helpful and kind. Always got everything done in a timely manner. Makes sense why one of the gentlemen had been there for 20 years. Neighbors were strange but I keep to myself so no one bothered me. They just got repainted and the building look really nice. I will miss this place a lot. My new apartment complex I unfortunatley signed a lease for has to be the worst place possible. «fancier places» but man, I wish I could go back and unsign. I would trade my fancy apt for my simple apt at Jeffereson any day just because the staff knew how to take care of you. And no this review is NOT written by an staff member, just someone who lived there and really enjoyed her stay.
