History

Established in 2013.

I started in the home renovation business when I was in the University of Kansas School of law in 2008. I flipped my first house in law school and continued flipping homes after graduating in 2011. Flipping turned into building a rental property portfolio and managing properties. This eventually turned into full-​time general contracting in 2015. In between, I worked in the legal industry, but the pull of construction work ultimately won out! Plus, I would so much rather work with people in creating their dream homes or remodelers and investors on their investment properties than be the «cog» that I was in the corporate world!

We started with hardwood floors, countertops and decorative concrete and later added tile, painting and drywall. We are in the construction and home remodeling industry, but at the end of the day, we’re really in the problem solving business.
