I had a recurring issue with my iphone charger where it would burn out after only a couple weeks. The techs had never heard of it happen before and it took a long time to get it sorted out. Though it was a bit frustrating considering how long it took to diagnose that my charger was, indeed, blown out at no fault of my own, I still appreciate the service I was given. The employees there are really quite friendly and made the experience worth my time. They did make sure I was taken care of in the end, so I know that they’re ultimately there for me even if the replacement process proves to be a hassle.

I’ve spent hundreds of dollars at this store, probably going into the thousands now. I may not ever spend another dime here ever. Here’s why. My wife and I both purchased an identical item from the store, as a Christmas present for a family member. Item cost about 50 bucks.
Once we realized this, I came to bring the duplicate back, with the receipt in hand, unopened. The store refused to do a refund, despite my customer history, despite the many dollars I have spent here, and despite the fact that I had an unopened box with the original receipt.
I would think good customer service would provide a little flexibility for a long-​term customer.

Went in there to get something replaced on my Mac. Was told some time prior to this visit that the replacement could be done in one business day and that if would be a little over a $ 100. Now I was being told that it would take 3 – 4 business days to just do the diagnostic and that it would cost $ 50. They simply would not just fix the part that I requested. He couldn’t even give me an estimate to how much the part and service I was asking would be if hypothetically that was all that was needing replaced. He did then tell me if that was all that was in need to be serviced that it would take 2 weeks to fix. The customer service as far as discussing the issue was very poor. Won’t be doing any more business there. Have felt like it has gone really down hill since the company changed from «The Mac Store.»

Don’t ever get repairs here. Outrageously overpriced. $ 50 for diagnostics, $ 80 for a hard drive backup (for a hard drive you supply… didn’t fall for that one). Had a bad display on a imac and wanted it fixed. Tried to charge me $ 700!!! After a quick video watch on YouTube and a refurbished screen purchase from newegg, i’m coming in at a ¼ the cost.
Oh and when I came to get it, it was still in pieces…
