This Jeweler goes above and beyond! Before I got married in May 2014, and they did last minute work on my wedding ring. It was PERFECT.
I thankfully took the same ring back into them to have it refurbished. (Engagement ring was my grandmother’s. Very old gold.) It needed a LOT of TLC. It came back, and I was speechless when I saw how good it looked!
They care about their customers, and then some!
Do not hesitate to use them! They have beautiful bling in their store to shop for as a bonus!

Hands down my favorite fine jewelry store in Omaha. I have been a customer since their location in Shaker Place & I finally made it out to the new location. I have always loved that you have to be buzzed in. The staff always seems to be happy to see you, and everyone is enthusiastic about showing items no matter what end of the price spectrum. There’s a genuine sense of customer service which cannot be topped. I have recommended 14 Karat since before I even moved back to Omaha many years ago. This is such a fantastic locally owned & operated business!

We really liked working with Mindy. Scott got my engagement ring there and we got his wedding band there. My engagement ring is simple, classic round solitaire on a cathedral setting in 14K white gold. Gorgeous. We got my wedding band elsewhere, only because they didn’t have the specific width I wanted in stock and we ordered sort of late or we probably would’ve gotten all three rings there. We spent a good chunk of money on those two rings, but the appraisal on my engagement ring diamond was much higher, so we felt like we got a good deal on my engagement ring. His ring is perfect. Simple. Gorgeous as well. No stone.

14 Karat is top notch and on the jewelry it’s very comparable to Borsheims, if not better. Plus, they are one of the last places in Omaha that can sell Tacori rings.
The second best thing about 14 Karat is that it is not stuffy. Sure they have fabulous and very expensive items but they understand everyone has a budget and never pressure or treat the customers poorly. This is a no pressure kind of place.
John is over the top helpful, you can tell he is loving his work. Several of my friends have purchased their engagement rings from John and all are extremely pleased with the value and continued care he provides with every purchase.
