This was my go to location on a regular basis (2x a month) until today. I have never been treated so horribly.
If I am actively trying something on and leave to get a different size do not move all of my stuff out of the room and tell me to wait. No I am not 19 and a size 2 but that does not mean I cannot and have not bought clothes from this store.
The sales associates quickly realized how upset I was and tried to soothe it over with small talk but I was so angry. I was stranded. I just wanted to leave.
I asked for the District Managers number and they refused to give it to me. I asked for the corporate office number and they refused. I think they knew they messed up and wanted to avoid getting in trouble. I told the store manager I would call the number on their website. She told me in a snide tone, you do that. I left and called immediately. What kind of service is this?

My wife and I caught a comedy show at The Funny Bone and wanted to kill some time before it started. We walked around Village Point and went into some shops and Francesca’s was one of them.
I’ve never been to this little boutique before, but my wife has and has raved about it in the past. This place has a lot of fun, neat, little trinkets and off the wall items. They had grumpy cat calendars and other items for cat’s sake.
The prices are about right as well. When I come to Village Point next, I will definitely make Francesca’s a must-​stop shop.

I absolutely love this little «boutique». It’s so adorable and their clothing, jewelry, and other little trinkets are unique. Clothing is geared towards the trend setter. I can always find nice pieces of jewelry.
My favorite past about this place is there gifts. They have an extensive collection of items that are «on-​trend.» Last time I was there they had a lot of items for the boozer, the wine lover, Fred items, and even Grumpy Cat items. I can always find a baby shower, wedding shower, Christmas, and birthday presents here for anyone.

My friend was telling me about this place and how she got some cute jewerly from here. She had nothing but good things to say about it and said we should check it out while I was in town visiting her.
So we headed over to the outdoor mall it’s located in and avoided the rain. I walked in and LOVED it! Cute and unique jewelry were on a couple tables when we entered… which I loved. They have tons of other great unique purses, clothes, and décor items.
I had a feeling it was the same store going into the plaza where I work and was happy to confirm it was! I just really liked the affordable prices and the selection of the items in the store.
