Curmudgeony old dive bar on Leavenworth. Pros: Very excited to find this little gem. Yes, the burgers are good. Stumbled across this place and then looked it up on Unilocal. All the negative reviews are of the sort that make me give this place extra stars. I like the low-key vibe, the old unfancy décor, the cool hammered copper bar with the string of clear lights over it. The bar is full of locals of all ages, not tons of college kids(except Thursday nights?), and I appreciate that. Yes, it’s old and divey, and no, it’s not trying to impress anyone. Cons: Cash only. Luckily they have an ATM.

I have been eating here for many years, and in my opinion they have some of the best burgers in Omaha! Huge hand Patty ground beef burgers. Their wings are definitely something to check out as well. The drinks are stiff and a very reasonable price. Overall it’s one of my favorite places to grab a bite to eat and watch the game.

Best cheeseburger in town IMHO. Friday happy hour fried flour shell tacos are the bomb. There went my diet, but you gotta live no? And live largely at the ‘Bone!

Monday night 35 cent wings. They are big and very good. You have to try the garlic Parmesan, house made sauce it’s pretty tasty.

I think the place is OK. The food is a bit on the expensive side, but pretty tasty. The beer is reasonable and the staff are nice. It is a neighborhood bar and has the locals there. The first time I went in there I felt a little awkward, but by the 3rd time, they were all my buddies. So, give the place some slack. It is what it is. You want fancy, go to midtown crossing or the market.

I’m relatively positive I can’t get through this review without using the word ‘dive’ so I’ll just get it out of the way here. Marylebone is a dive — not the kind that’s fun to go to because it’s so quirky — really kind of a dirty divey place down to the bone(ha!). To drive that point home, I’ll provide a few key examples. 1. Apparently there’s food for sale here, but I certainly wouldn’t be inclined to order any. 2. The bartender — who resides in a circular bar like a DJ — had to search really hard for a bottle of Maker’s. it was almost empty. 3. Don’t look up, you might get that ‘is this ceiling going to collapse on me’ feeling. 4. Stick to beer. Preferably bottled if possible.

The owner of this establishment showed up in the evening, assaulted my friend, and threw him out of the bar for no reason. This was after we spent all afternoon buying drinks for regulars and tipping incessantly. Don’t go here if you have lots money to blow, evidently they don’t want it!

The Friday taco bar is awesome, but the help couldn’t be any more terrible if they tried.

This is pretty much just a neighborhood«dive» bar. There is a big shamrock painted in the street in front of the Marlyebone. You can’t miss it. Domestic beers are quite the bargain here. It’s one of the few bars in the area that doesn’t rip people off during the College World Series. Unfortunately if you are trying to watch sports here, you’ll have to squint because the TVs are small and old school. The décor is straight out of the 70s… Dark and a little bizarre. The wallpaper in the bathroom is a nice colonial mix. I’m pretty sure it’s from the bicentennial. Be careful in the bathroom as the doors are deceiving and often don’t lock. This place is a great hang out on St. Patrick’s day. It’s also a good place to go for a no nonsense cheap beer.

I’ve never ate here, at least that I remember, but I have got drunk here a dozen times or so. It often closes early, but the beer’s cheap and that’s all I care about.

Hands down the BESTBURGER i have ever had. My sister used to frequent this place before she moved out of NE. She insisted I try their burgers, so one day we ordered our burger to go and returned to her place to eat and watch TV. Oh My God. What a burger. The patty was fresh– not frozen meat and SO well worth the money! Ive really never had such a great burger before. I couldnt even finish half the burger before I was overly stuffed. I had to save the rest for later. for me one meal was good enough for the whole day!!! I know this is a bar, but really– this is worth the try. Aside from the burger, I know they have really great lunch specials– different ones on different days and really well worth the money. But if you are every craving a burger– this is the place to go.(I live so far but I can still dream of having one ;))

The name is Marylebone(pronounced Marley, like Bob, and bone, like your bone). The game is drinking. If this place had a mascot, it would be the Fighting Old Cranky Regulars. I thoroughly enjoy Friday Happy Hours, complete with taco bar. The drinks here are cheap, and there’s never a shortage of old alcoholic folks to explain why kids these days just down understand the plight of an over-the-hill alcoholic, if you’re into that sort of thing.
