Worst customer service of the Verizon stores in town. Always understaffed, long waits, and incompetent staff when they do finally get around to helping you. Plus it feels like a Jiffy Lube, totally focused on the upsell. The worst thing was when I ordered a phone online for in-store pickup and they tried to charge me $ 50 extra when I picked it up! I think Verizon is the best mobile phone company for the area, but steer clear of this location.

I walked into Verizon and was immediately greeted by a customer service representative or are they called door hostess. Hmmm anyway I asked if she could provide me with the release date of the Samsung Galaxy Note 4(BTW I already knew it was 23 Oct but was hoping to receive insider knowledge on an early release). To my utter surprise she was not familiar with the phone which was further supported by a dumbfounded look followed by my befuddled look. I had to explain to her that this was one of the most highly anticipated phones of 2014, it’s touted as the NEXTBIGTHING all over the Internet, parents are selling their kids on craigslist to sure up extra cash for the phone, Galaxy Note 4 commercials are aired seemingly every 15 minutes mocking the crApple iPhone 6… and you’re standing here fully decked out in Verizon garb and don’t know about the Galaxy Note 4??? Sigh! I thanked her for her time and exited the building.

I have not really been much of a fan of phone companies since I have had pretty bad experiences at other ones. We switched to verizon a few years ago and somehow going to verizon tonight is the only time I really remember! First, as you walk into the door, someone greets you and asks how they can help you. Once we said we had an appointment with Nico, the greeter immediately told Nico we were there and we didn’t have to wait longer than 5 minutes to see him. I honestly think we only waited 2 minutes for him to actually meet us! Anyways, Nico is probably the most friendly and accommodating customer service representative at a phone place I have every encountered. He spent 30 minutes with us trying to switch phones and other random things we needed to do at verizon today. He did not seem rushed or anything! If I were to need my phone serviced or anything having to do with verizon again, I would definitely come to this location and see Nico!
