My girlfriend took me here for the first time. So impressed by the hospitality, lighting fast service and personal attention I am writing this post inside the restaurant.

Great orange chicken. Don’t really know what the reviews are all about. I love it. The guy I dealt with was really polite. Good customer service.

I been to this place a few times now. I work in the same plaza and they failed me today. I went in with my dad and order a wonton soup and a tofu veggie order. The soup was flavorless and I told the waitress that it was not good if she good change it for me and she said no. I can try to add more flavor I said ummm ok. She brought it back with a bunch of oil on it. It was even worse. I told her please take it back. She threw it over the counter pissed off. And then she just brought us our check. She charged us for the soup. ?? I told her why would you charge me for something we didn’t have. She fought with me about how she couldn’t take it off the computer. Blah blah. Overall I will never come back here again and I will let all of my co workers know not to come here. I really hope the owner reads this and changes things.

I would eat here everyday of my family allowed me to lol. The food is fresh and excellent!!! My favorite is the Kung Pao Chicken, Hot and sour soup and the Wor wonton soup! The service is exceptional. No better Chinese food place in the Inland Empire! Not the fast food junk you get everywhere else around here that’s for sure.

It’s good but it’s like a white persons restaurant so the food is lukewarm and not as authentic. But overall it was acceptable.

Okay… this is just an average 3 star, strip mall, typical Chinese food restaurant. Sweet & Sour this, Kung Pao that, blah… blah…blah. I wrinkled up my nose at the prospects, and I think my server sensed that I was one of those picky Unilocalers. She asked me what I wanted to order, and I told her I was conflicted. I wanted to go with the Beef Broccoli, but wanted it to be more on the spicy side, like Kung Pao. She came up with the perfect solution. Beef and broccoli stir fried in Kung Pao sauce! Brilliant! My food came in short order, and it had some really yummy and hot roasted chiles on it. Just the perfect hybrid haute cuisine I wanted! Talk about thinking outside of the takeout box. Sheesh! Upgrade to 4 stars for originality and customer service!

Chicken tasted odd(not fresh) and there was way too much sauce which made the dish very salty.

The reason we chose this place is because it didn’t appear to be a chain restaurant, which are inescapable in this terrible town Ontario. I got Orange Chicken thinking it was a safe bet and my partner got Teriyaki Chicken. The food was pretty dismal and nothing like the pictures on the menu. My chicken was pretty bland and flavorless and the Teriyaki was 50% cartilage, according to my partner. The best part of my meal was the fortune cookie.

I’ve always liked Chopsticks House. they’ve got good lunch specials & the service is always friendly. I’m only here during their lunch hours bc it’s around the corner of my job so can’t say I’ve tried their other dishes on the menu but so far, I haven’t had a complaint on their lunch or their soups. The hot and sour soup is my favorite & it always taste freshly made!

I didn’t get a chance to write a review the day I posted photos but here it goes… I wanted to try something different so i decided to finally give this place a try. I really wanted to like it but I actually regretted coming here… Customer service: although our server was nice she was distant… And by that I mean she only came by once after she brought our food… She did keep herself busy though doing some prep work at a table near by. One of the cooks kept making eye contact but didn’t say hi… Lol it was kinda creepy actually… Food: the best items I had were the egg rolls which I highly recommend!!! and the fortune cookie!!! Oh and I can’t forget about the almond cookie that came with our bill. The steamed rice was ehh… It actually smelled like a leather jacket which is not a nice smell… For rice at least. The chicken that goes with the lettuce wraps tasted old, dry, and burnt! Re-cooked! The sauce was thick and the meat was dark… It didn’t look or taste fresh. The Kung pow chicken we had lacked Kung and pow… Not spicy whatsoever. The soup was good too… I almost forgot about that one… Overall I wouldn’t return. The Chinese restaurant on 4th and grove is way better but that’s fast food… Maybe I’m not used to this style but I know the flavor was not there. Another thing… the restaurant has a weird theme to it… It’s like your in 2 parts of the world at once… Like your time traveling or something. If you look to your right you see Chinese themed items hanging but then you look to your left and your sitting outside in France waiting for your baguette to be served… A cheap solution to this would be to paint the wall… It can be done in a few hours… I’m guessing it was probably a French restaurant before but whatever. If you want to try it go for it but I know I’m not going back. Hopefully your food is better than mine. Don’t forget to order the egg rolls though!!! You won’t be disappointed with those!

My husband and I have been here over 15 times and love it every time. Most of you other«Foodie/Yelpers» have been commenting about the customer service being bad. Not ONCE have we had a bad experience with the service. The waitresses are very nice and friendly. They are very accommodating for if you have a large family or have smaller children. Once out of those visits, we had a waiter show us how to eat the rice with chopsticks(Yes, for free. Yes, he did this because he was being friendly and helpful. That’s called Customer Service ;)) I read another comment from someone who wanted«HALF&HALF» plates and wanted to pick and choose what they wanted. As if they’re going to Panda Express or something? No. This is a family style restaurant. You order by the plate and each plate can EASILY feed 2 or more people. Can you order«HALF of this, HALF of that» instead at, lets say, P.F. Changs? Nah. I didn’t think so. Those of you saying they aren’t «friendly» or are getting all bent out of shape because they won’t be your best friend and add you to their Facebook friends, get over it. They’re there to serve you and make great food. How about you stop criticizing their culture and just eat the damn, Great Tasting I might add, food. It’s wonderful and we’ve been loyal customers for years. The«lady with the short hair» smiles at us when we walk in, and gets us a table and a drink order as soon as we walk in. We have NEVER had a bad experience here.

Stopped here just by chance while shopping at Saks across the road. Had the Pot Stickers and the lunch special Orange Flavored Chicken, flavor being the key word. It was good but I didn’t taste much orange. The Egg Drop soup was excellent as were the Pot Stickers. Otherwise great service and nice atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back again.

Chopsticks House is an below par Chinese restaurant. Even if they were drive thru the quality would still be considered sub par. I am not quite sure how they stay open because it is not their prices that drive customers in. Nearly the entire menu is bland and always overcooked. When the most flavorful item you have is the fortune cookie you have a problem. Atmosphere is important to me when eating out; and this place has a French town painted on the wall inside a Chinese restaurant… Worst of all, no Sriracha! Unlike other reviews who rated this place negatively; I have not expierenced bad service. The male server on more then one visit was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately service from one friendly person does not make up for the poor quality of food. I would not recommend the chopstick house to anyone.
