WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
The sales supervisor Marlena was extremely rude and unhelpful. You would think after being a customer for several years they would appreciate your loyalty and value you as a customer… NOPE!
This place is definitely going downhill, just avoid the rude staff and go somewhere else.

I had great service here, got my eye exam, eyeglasses and sunglasses. The eye exam was thorough and informative and helpful. I liked being able to make my appointment online and choosing best time for me to come in, I was able to get in same day.
The young lady who helped me find glasses and sunglasses (1 pair eyeglasses and 2 pair sunglasses) was extremely helpful and patient and making suggestions while I looked thru numerous pairs. She actually suggested my regular frames I bought which are perfect for me. My eyeglasses were ready in an hour. Sunglasses were special order, the young man helping me when I picked them up was also very helpful giving me care tips and adjusting them.
In the past I have always been able to walk in and have my glasses adjusted and or tightened and cleaned for me, which is nice and handy to have done while shopping at Ontario Mills.

Worst. Service. Of ANY business. EVER.
I’ve been receiving glasses here for years and years because it’s closest to home for me. The last three times I went in there I was ignored. First, i went in because the coating on my lenses was very damaged. (They were damaged after only a month of wear which is highly unusual for me since I’ve been wearing glasses since I was 8 years old). Once I ask for the manager and the manager proceeded to ignore me for 20-​plus minutes. I walked out since i had errands to run. When I finally got my glasses days later, the woman who «helped» me (I use this term generously, since she was useless) Harley ever made eye contact with me and just told me that I had damaged my lenses by not using the official LensCrafters spritzer on them (and that’s absolutely ridiculous since, again, I’ve been wearing glasses for 25 years.). Another time I went in because a screw was loose and when they replace the screw the hand of the glasses back to me unwashed and completely off balance. When I told the person that they needed to be leveled he stared at me and said one of my ears is higher than the other. At this point I was so frustrated I put the glasses down on the table that he can see THEY are lopsided, not my face!!!
When I tell my family and even my opthamologist, they all agree that this is the worst LensCrafters around. Chino Hills is more friendly but they couldn’t do much since I purchased the lenses from Ontario.

I set up an appointment through Unilocal,and I was able to bring in my dad the same day. Dominique was very helpful with everything today from the moment we got in to when we finished all that needed to be done. (I took my dad in for a prescription and we left with the glasses the same day) Dr. Patricia was very nice and patient with us. Overall 5 stars from me! Great experience and great glasses! I’ll be back for my glasses:)

Super friendly and awesome!.. give them 5 stars! Went in to adjust glasses process was fast, would name young lady that helped but unfortunately unable to remember her name but diff recommend to everyone.

So on a rainy Sunday morning we went into the store. There was no customers in the store so my wife asks a male employee if there was by chance any openings to see the Dr. Without even looking at anything, he immediately says no. I was a little shocked and started looking around. So we went outside and we where thinking about going to Costco to see if maybe they had anything. As my wife was calling, I looked inside and still no customers but saw an employee I had just spoke to days prior with my own appointment who was great. So I walked inside and asked him if there was a chance that my wife could be seen. Low and behold, there was in fact an opening. Now, I don’t want to say that the young man earlier was just mis– informed, which I’m hoping he was, because I would not think Lenscrafters would want employees to turn away customers without in fact knowing what the appointments look like. But, I was wondering how odd in a manner of 1 min that there was an opening. So then same employee not only proceeds to whack my wife in the nose with one of the machines causing a bruise. But charges my wife 39.95 for some scan that she just had done months prior. Bottom line, 201 dollars for glasses at lenscrafters or 51.00 at Costco. Take your pick! Shame on you lenscrafters!, shame!

Brought my sunglasses in that had worn nose pieces. They put brand new ones in, cleaned them up, and did it quickly. And they did it at no cost. The workers were very nice and friendly. I had a great experience here. Thanks again to everyone there for the help. I will definitely be referring others and will make future purchases here.

Came in one night wasn’t sure if I needed glasses. Spoke to nelly and she encouraged me to make an appointment for an eye exam. Went to my appointment, and sure enough, I did need glasses. I want to commend your associate Nelly. She was very professional and engaging not only with myself but with customers around. She made our experience pleasurable and made my business feel appreciated. Thank you Nelly.
Also, thank you to the associate who adjusted my frames to make them fit better. I didn’t get her name but we talked about her going ocean kayaking and Monterey! :)

Yep 4 stars from me… I don’t rate this high usually on most places. However Lenscrafters saved the day yesterday. The screw in my eye glasses had been coming lose for awhile. I called the optometrist office to see if they could fix then and they said they would try to see what they could do but they don’t fix glasses. You would think an optometrist office would be able to do basic things like that. Anyway thank you Lenscrafters! You guys are awesome!

The service was great, but the process was long. My appt was at 11:20 am and I didn’t leave till 2:30 pm (1 hr wait for my glasses included). Be patient :-)

Solid location and service

I was really happy with the service that I received when I got there. I made my appointment for a Monday, and only had to wait 10 min to get the quickest eye exam. Their technology is so advanced and professional that I was so amazed. Definitely don’t make your appointment for fri-​sun. The lady who gave me my pre eye exam was super nice as well as the optometrist. My glasses were originally $ 159.99 but I only had to pay $ 85ish. That is a really good deal considering that my insurance paid for 100% of my exam and $ 150 coverage for my lenses. I love my RAYBANS, theyre amazing!!! They were originally made for sunglasses but they told me I can get my scripted lenses in there so I did. They even helped me pick out a pair out of all the pairs that I chose. Its funny how people who have insurance expect to not pay anything. How will the business make money if the insurance pays for absolutely everything??? You guys are funny. But I got a really good deal for the service I received.

I know that every business is about making a profit, but this place is out to REALLY drain your wallet. Your insurance doesn’t go as far here because of how overpriced they are.
Probably my favorite part of taking my teenager here to get fitted for and order contact lenses, was how the girl helping us didn’t mention up front that some of what they were doing wasn’t covered until we were ready to leave. My daughter’s insurance doesn’t have a copay, so we set her followup appointment and I’m ready to leave when she tells me, «So that will just be $ 48.»
No, $ 48 isn’t a lot, but it’s a tank of gas and besides, I should have been asked PRIOR to the services taking place, if I was okay with that. What if I didn’t HAVE $ 48?
Our insurance covers up to $ 120 for contacts — a deal which, usually covers almost a yearly supply. Here? Only 3 months.

I had to get a pair of glasses because i just broke my old ones. so i decided to try lenscrafters. Decent selection, good customer service. I was however disappointed in the prices. What a scam. The frames i picked were @ 300, decemt price, then the lenses for an a/​r regular poly carbonate lens was @ 380. How is that possible??? What highway robbery. Even after my insurance i ended up paying @300 due to the high price of the lenses. They are lucky i needed a pair of glasses asap otherwise i would have gone elsewhere. Never again will i go to lenscrafters.

Probably THE WORSE service ive EVER received getting my eyes checked. I switched here hoping they wouldnt over charge me (like at my last place). Had an appointment for 12 noon. STILL waited 45 minutes to get attended. My check up was fast. The room was dirty. My contact trial was ordered and i was told itd be 2 – 4 weeks max. A month later i called asking what was the status. Apparently my contacts arrived and a «customer» must have signed for the package. Now i have to wait another month for them to re order them. SO ANNOYED! its been a month now, and i have to go in, PERSONALLY because they are «too busy» to give me a status over the phone. DO NOT GO HERE.

Very crowded on the weekends even with an appointment but Ava’s sweet and helpful personality made up for it. She was the best

While walking around the Mills I decided to stop in and see what kind of frames they had to offer. The store was completely empty aside from the employees that were at their respective computers. I browsed the selections and not a word was said to me for the entire 15 minutes I was there. I waited for someone to say something. No one looked up from their computers. So after 15 minutes of nothing, I began to walk out and finally someone said they would be right with me. A little too late for that, buddy.

I do not know WHY no one told me to not use this place for eye exams/​glasses. I had NO idea how expensive they would be. Shame on me for not doing my own research! This is the ONLY reason that I am giving 2 stars to this place. I really should have looked into it more than I did.
I wound up spending almost $ 800 dollars here. The loot was a pair of eyeglasses (not yet received), a pair of prescription sunglasses and an eye exam. The eye exam ALONE was $ 178. Outrageous! I would rather drive all the way out to Kaiser Fontana and use my insurance coverage than spend that much money again! So much for saving the gas money!
When you book the appointment, there is no mention of insurance or cost. I suppose they assume that you know how much it will cost. I have been paying out-​of-​pocket for eye exams and glasses for most of my life and have NEVER paid this much.
The optometrist was good. She was kind and patient and easy to understand. The «tech» (or whatever he was) was overly flamboyant in (what I assume to be) an effort to cover up his lack of knowledge on eyes. I asked him why, when he gave me the color-​blindness test he didn’t ask me about the sixth circle and he said, «Because there’s nothing there.» I don’t know about you, but if there’s a circle there, it’s not there for decoration. I (kindly) explained that there IS something there. just that it’s only visible to people with color blindness. He acted like he had no IDEA that there was anything there. I suppose that there aren’t many color-​blind people walking into Lenscrafters for glasses.
I won’t be back. This was a HUGE dent in my pocketbook that didn’t need to be spent. Framesdirect, here I come!

Initially found this store to be very limited on men’s eye wear despite being told by one of the Sales Associates all their frames were unisex. Eventually found a pair of frames I liked. After paying was told that my glasses would be ready in about 3 – 4 weeks. This time frame doesn’t really sync up with their «in about an hour» promise.
Recognizing that my frames were on the higher end I convinced myself it was worth it. Three days later I called to get a better ETA and was told my order would be ready early. Not sure what they did to fulfill it early but the lenses in the parking lot transitioned to dark and were streaked. I returned them immediately and was given a refund.
I was impressed with the Manager and how quickly he cleared my claim with my insurance so I could go to another Optometrist.
My advice to anyone is make sure that they have what you need if you’re in a hurry for your glasses. I definitely could have asked more questions up front even though they were super busy.

Came here today for the first time.
The store is pretty clean and organized. the store looked busy, but not hectic. everyone seemed to have everything under control.
They had a nice selection of sunglasses that we got to try on. and no one hounded us to be helped. so we got to enjoy trying glasses.
I haven’t tried getting my eyes checked here, nor purchasing glasses. but my new vision insurance covers this store so I won’t exclude it from my list of place to check out.
