We provide every person with a free consultation, which consists of free education about the benefits of our services. This enables each person to make a more educated decision about their particular needs.

We have four offices conveniently located throughout Southern California to serve our clients. Although we can assist our clients remotely throughout the world, we encourage our local clients to meet with us at one of our offices so we can provide them with a higher level of personal service.

Nathan D.
Business Owner
In 1998, Nathan began his career in the area of business formations and living trust preparation while attending law school in Southern California. In law school, Nathan earned the title of being an honor student and was placed on the dean’s list for achieving the highest grade in his class. After graduating from law school and successfully passing the California bar examination, Nathan continued to serve California residents with their business and living trust needs instead of pursuing the traditional practice of law. Nathan is a registered and bonded LDA, and prides himself in providing unparalleled personal attention to his clients. In 2003, he earned his Ph. D degree and now continues to devote much of his time to academics.
