My favorite thing to get here is the super fries! It comes with either regular shredded or cheese sauce and i get both. Sometimes they ask so i dont know if it comes standard that way. The owner is super sweet and friendly. Price is a little high for the amount fries you get compared to a place like Alberto’s but I’m giving a high rating because I want this business to succeed. The food is very tasty. I’ve tried the milanesa torta and its good but not the best I’ve had(favorite being El Camino Real in Fullerton). I tried the puerco end Chile Verde plate which was soooo yummmyyyyyy!!! My BF tried the all meat burrito and I think he said Pepe’s(in Brea) is the best. All in all, I’d still come here regularly because its close, tastes good, reasonably priced(even better when you can get the 50% off coupon) and bonus is it has a drive-thru! Yes, I’m lazy, stfu! Haha

I’ve been meaning to try this place because of the picture of the fish tacos on the window… they were horrible, very dry and nothing like the picture! Thank God that I also ordered the spicy shrimp tacos… AMAZING! They were small but for Taco Tuesday $ 1.00, I’ll be back. I ordered my daughter the bean and cheese burrito, her response«Mom, the first bite was like heaven. dont ask me how I know what heaven tastes like because I don’t know, but that was it!» I ordered a pastor taco but I didn’t get it which was fine because they gave me another shrimp taco(again amazing!) I fed 3 people for $ 11!!!

Very yummy! Was craving a taco truck style tacos got that and more. Love al pastor it is not oily like most places. Chile Verde was also very tasty and tender. My favorite are the spicy shrimp taco’s. If you dine in they have an awesome salsa bar with great options of tasty salsa, carrots ect. Love the option of drive thru in a rush and very reasonable prices. Can’t wait to go back

The worst Mexican tacos i ever had. The tacos stated it $ 1.29 but when you place the order the charge you additional $ 0.40 for any meat. Handmade tacos are over price and is not all that. The rice was undercooke. Here comes the worst one they charge you for a small basquet of chips

Catered El Chef Tacos 5−21−16 for graduation party and it was amazing. Very professional, plenty of food and the food was so good. Guests were very impressed. Definitely will use for future parties.

El Chef tacos is a Hidden Gem. it is located right next to the Pizza Hut and the USA Gasoline station. the food here is amazing. I tried the shrimp, chicken, and carne asada burritos. all the ingredients are top-notch and their salsa is delicious. they also have really good nachos and bowls. the atmosphere is nice and there is ac. There’s also outside seating. The customer service is good and friendly. check out the orange Community guide for coupons. they also offer a stamp card, ten Buddhists earns you a free burrito.

Decent place for tacos! The meat is always cooked to order, you won’t see meat sitting around like you would at Taqueria De Anda. The only downside to this place is the fact that I have to put my own onions and cilantro and sauce on my damn tacos! The kicker is that when I order my tacos they ask me if I want«everything on it», of course I say yes, and sure enough they come out bare naked. Overall, the tacos are delicious, especially the carne asada and the al pastor.

The taco mafia approves el chef tacos on chapman Al pastor tacos are number one on the hit list and the Asada ain’t too far behind. The catering from here is also on top of its game. Drive thru for the drive by munchies. the tacos mafia will be here again. Long live the the Taco Mafia

We looked on Unilocal for a Mexican restaurant nearby and this location pooped up with 4 stars so we decided to check it out. I have to say this place was pretty good. I got a wet lengua burrito and it was amazing. Everything from the sauce to the meat was amazing.

The super nachos were amazing, my friend had a wet burrito that looked just as amazing, the only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that the tables left something to be desired I don’t know if they were just meant to look really dirty or they had gotten so dirty that they permanently looked that way and I saw a few were being balanced out by wads of napkins but other than that the food was great.

I am so sorry but these are the worst tacos I’ve ever tasted. Their drive through is also horrible. I sat behind a girl for so long I thought maybe she had ordered several things from the menu. She only had one thing. I ordered 4 tacos and once again they took too long. I’m going to say I was stuck in their drive through for 25 – 30 minutes total.

This is one of my best quick eat places. I come here for the 3 tacos, rice, beans and drink combo. It tastes good, especially if you add their salsa and poco de gallo. I never leave Dissatisfied!!!

Decided to try a super local Mom n Pop Mexican and have had good luck with former Taco Bells converted to private ownership. Saw just that on Chaoman w El Chef. Had the chile verde burrito — excellent! Tender pork nice and spicy green sauce. Decent portion and well priced. Plenty of seating had ESPN and Univision on reflecting the diversity if the client base. Will be definitely be back to try more of the menu.

Chose this place because I was in a hurry and saw it was a drive thru. Been here for 20 minutes in my car waiting. The person behind me left. Not coming back
