Unfortunately, I recently was here for my second time in less than a year ./​Now it’s not like your favorite take out place that you get once a week. But I needed my MB C250 fixed again and took it back here without hesitation. Just as last time Gonzalo took great care of me and my car is as good as new once again :). He handled my rental and dealt with my insurance company. And just like when I was here in December my car was ready sooner than promised. If I could give it 10 stars for service I would! Gonzalo is the best & Harnix does a top notch job !

I brought in a Honda Civic to be checked for a frame diagnostic. It took about 30 minutes & everyone here was super friendly & were quick & willing to tell us about how the car was. While we were waiting, we had access to magazines & complimentary drinks. The customer service here is very friendly.

I have had two cars repaired at Harnix both came out fantastic. I would highly recommend Harnix for your auto body repairs, not only do they do superior work, their customer service is superb. You can tell Gonzalo really cares about customers, and Jasmine at the front desk is super friendly and nice. The owner Andy is also a nice man. If you have any auto body needs Harnix will take care of you, fair prices too, and your car will look new.

I needed to repair the driver’s side door of my car, due to a dust-​up at LAX. Having never needed the use of a body shop, I went to Unilocal!for a recommendation. Near the top off the list, I saw the name of a body shop that I recognized. It was then that I saw that I could ask for a quote for my repairs. I put my quote request in the best way that I could describe it and sent it off. After submitting it, Unilocal!brought up the name of three more body shops and asked if I wanted to submit the quote request to those shops as well. I said sure.
Harnix was one of those three. From the get-​go, Gonzalo communicated in a way that immediately put me at ease. He explained the situation from his end (how that insurance company estimates, of which I had one, tended to underestimate the size of the job; how his estimate would be more of a «guesstimate» until he could see the car; etc.). I sent him some pictures of the damage, as well as the estimate written-​up by the insurance company and we set a time for me to bring in the car for him to look at.
After seeing the car, he stated that he was surprised that the insurance company estimate was pretty spot-​on. I also asked him about an area of the car that had minor body/​paint damage and asked for a secondary estimate to fix that. He stated that the damage was such that he could polish out the paint damage and add a little touch up paint while he was repairing the door — all at not extra cost! He gave me an approximate number of days that the repair would take and we discussed a rental car. He stated that he had existing relation ships with two different national chains. We scheduled a drop-​off time for a couple of days later.
After dropping off the car, Harnix had a driver take us to one of the rental chains that my wife and I had dealt with in the past. Imagine our surprise when we learn that the deposit was going to be three times what we were lead to believe and the daily rate for a compact car was $ 50.00 per day! Well, we were there, and we needed a rental car. We go through the inspection, I sign/​initial everywhere I was supposed to and we go to enter the car. Imagine our disgust when my wife finds VOMIT in the section where she was supposed to place her feet!?! We bring this to the attention of the personnel and they get us out of there with another car.
I then email Gonzalo to let him know of our experiences and I ask if his guy at the other rental chain could help us out. Within ten minutes of my email, I hear that Gonzalo had spoken with the manager at the other chain, gives me his telephone number and says that the manager is expecting my call. He also stated that he was a good guy that wants to make us a customer for life. Gonzalo was right as the manager took care of us from top to bottom. The deposit was less and the daily rate was HALF of the first place.

Gonzalo knew that we needed the car back as soon as it was possible and he and his crew busted their collective butts to get it done quickly. The finished product was FANTASTIC! We were very impressed at the work these guys do.

I had a minor fender bender last week and I took my car to Harnix to have it fixed. Great decision! Not only were the employees polite and respectful but they did a fantastic job fixing my bumper! The General Manager, Gonzalo Doffo was even kind enough to give us a personal tour of the facility! I would highly recommend Harnix when you need to fix your car. Efficient, timely and very professional. Thank you Harnix… hopefully I won’t need your services again but if I do, I won’t hesitate to give you s call!

Let me start off with saying that i am probably the most DIFFICULT customer for any automotive repair facility due to that fact that i have always done ALL of the work, maintenance, modification and fabrication on all of my vehicles myself. Similar to the idea that Doctors HATE being treated by other doctors. i frankly don’t trust anyone else to do the work because they haven’t invested the time, energy and effort in building what is my dream car that i have. i walked into Harnix collision and started off with a warning on how much of a perfectionist i am and Carlos and Gonzalo were up to the challenge. i have to say my car is not an easy vehicle to work on due to its age, rarity and the fact that it is heavily modified, but this did not stop these guys from doing an incredible job.
That being said, Harnix collision was a very impressive shop. They worked with me every step of the way and worked harder than i would have expected them to. Carlos always kept me updated, mostly because the shop was along the way home from my work and i stopped by every day! There were so many challenges with my car and me being as much of a perfectionist as i am didn’t help. Carlos helped me fix areas that weren’t even a result of the accident at a VERY reasonable cost and every area i was unhappy with or wanted corrected he did so immediately with no hesitation. This company has amazing customer service and the quality of work is above and beyond almost any shop i have seen. They truly become vested in their project as though they are working on their own personal vehicles and i am so grateful to everyone at the shop for giving me my dream car back. i absolutely would recommend them to anyone!

I’ve been involved in two accidents in the last year and a half and both times I found myself at Harnix. I know just enough about cars to realize when I’m being scammed, and after visiting multiple body shops in the Orange/​Santa Ana area, both times I choose Harnix.
After the first accident, I had a crack clean through my back bumper and needed it to be repaired ASAP. Harnix had the crack repaired and matched the color of the paint in only a few days, as well as giving me a price that was significantly lower than any other shops in the area as they had the machinery necessary to repair the bumper instead of replacing it entirely. I was in and out way easier then I ever would have thought.
After the second accident Harnix again handled the problem, repaired a piece of the suspension, and then spent time walking me through the best places in the area to get my tires realigned.
The inside of the shops is also much nicer then any other body shops in the area. Although the service was so good I never had to spend much time in the waiting area, I wouldn’t have minded due to the cleanliness, bright colors and comfortable seating areas.
Thanks for helping me through my accidents Harnix, hopefully I won’t have to return anytime soon, but I know that if the need arises, I can get a fair price, excellent service, and walk out feeling like I have everything under control.

My wife found harnix from Unilocal and we gave them a try. We got rear ended at a low speed and had a cracked and scraped bumper. We had a unique paint color and they were able to match it 100%. When they finished they even cleaned our car, it looked better than a standard car wash. The guys behind the counter were very enthusiastic and accountable, you could tell they knew they had great craftsmanship. Bare bones hourly rates, pricing, but with passionate work. Would recommend.

Some yahoo knocked my review off on the freeway and Gonzalo helped me get back rolling safely and quickly. He even fixed a few lingering issues I had with my vehicle for almost nothing.
As far as service goes it was awesome, very fast I had almost no down time for my vehicle. Overall the cost was very inexpensive and the quality was great as I can attest to driving around with it now for a month.
My wife also works in the automotive industry and she was very impressed by the service, speed and price as well.
Great service, great quality and great price it can’t get any better. I hope I don’t need any auto collision work going forward, but I would recommend Gonzalo and Harnix to anyone and everyone.

These guys are seriously the best! I needed a whole new back passenger door for my 2014 Toyota corolla it looks brand new! I couldn’t be happier! As a female (not to sound sexist) it’s hard to find a place I can feel comfortable. The most awesome man Gonzalo was amazing. He is a very honest most reasonable man and I love the fact he kept me updated with my car. Then they even had my car done early! 4 days for a whole new door and paint to match perfectly! Thank you guys for being awesome!

I hit a car backing out of my driveway and didn’t know what to do. We called a Maaco but couldn’t find it, and accidentally ended up at Harnix. I couldn’t be more happy we did! We dealt with Gonzalo who was so honest and kind, he didn’t try to nickel and dime me or take advantage of my situation. He gave me a killer deal, I had expected to pay 3x as much. I will be coming here for all my auto body needs — can’t recommend more highly!

If you want to go to a clean, friendly, knowledgeable body shop – go to Harnix. They have a very nice waiting room, free soda, and know auto body really well.
I took my project car there to get a rather large dent popped out. I didn’t need it to be perfect, just to look a little better. The car is used primarily as an auto cross and track car anyway and I wanted to keep costs down.
Gonzalo helped me out, we came up with a plan and communication between us was excellent. He said they would do the best that they could and let me know how it goes along the way.
Just a day later I get a call and it’s done! It looked way, way better than what I had expected them to do. If they put this much effort into a small job, then I can only imagine what they do for full on bodywork.
