We usually stop by here after doctor appointments and while waiting for valet pick up. Service is quick and courteous. This tiny café is quite pricey. The drinks are okay and nothing unique about it. The fresh baked cookies are served warm which is nice. They sell out quick. There is a small bar seating inside but most of the people sits outside when the weather is nice enough.

Miss Kelly’s was surprisingly fantastic! We had the Death By Chocolate and W O W, they were pretty fantastic and I’m not a big fan of coffee by any means.

I have been going here for over 10 years since I was a UCI student. I now work at the medical center and used to stop here very frequently. Recently I asked for a cup of hot water and even offered to pay for the cup that it was served in. They refused to give it to me unless I paid for a full size tea. I was shocked. Even though it’s convenient, I will never return again.

Better than Starbucks. in my opinion. Great little cofee shop. Needs to be open earlier for the morning rush. and im sure many of the night shift medical staff would appreciate being able to stop by before and early in their shift.(ex. night shift nurse talking from experience) Stay open til 7:30pm!

Great coffee place at UCI Medical Center. I would not recommend driving here just for coffee, it’s more appropriate to visit it if you have business at the medical center. I usually drink espresso or coffee with creamer. If you’re looking for something more fancy, the Mexican Chai is really well liked. They also have oatmeal for breakfast and croissant sandwiches for lunch which are both good. Seating is primarily outside so it’s best to grab and go if the weathers not good, but it’s usually not a problem being in sunny California.

Grabbed a quick bite here. First time visiting while waiting for my mom’s appointment to be over. I got a chicken walnut and cranberry sandwich on a delicious soft croissant. It was perfect!!! Crunchy from the walnuts and sweet from the cranberries. The lettuce was crisp. Very tasty. I also had a caramel mudslide Frappuccino half the sweetness but still tasty. Will definitely come back next time. Oh and customer service is exceptional!

Stopped off here for a quick chai latte and sandwich after dropping a family member off for minor surgery. The latte was a little on the sweet side but I thought it was tastier than Starbucks. The croissant sandwich I had was delicious, the bread from the croissant itself was soft moist and buttery. I may have just been hungry and it’s a small sample size but I’m giving this little café 4 stars for being better than expected and a good little dose of creature comfort after an early morning in the hospital.

Miss Kelly’s Café & Bakery is a nice little coffee stand in the center of the UCI hospital/medical center area. Aside from the Cafeteria I think it’s the only place you can get a quick pastry or coffee. It’s conveniently located in between the parking structure and the main hospital. It makes for a nice place to take a coffee break after a visit to the hospital or medical center.

A convenient location for visitors to the UCI campus hospital. Been through here after spending some nights at the hospital and it’s a welcome sight to get some coffee for the return home. They also serve a variety of different pre-packaged sandwiches and desserts which are reasonably good. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for something for something amazing, but ease and the convenience of the place are the big bonuses here.

Staff is super sweet and patient. I definitely recommend the Mexican Chai Latte w/soy milk. It is beyond amazing! I wish I still volunteered in the UCI Orange location so I could get it more often.

Hidden little tent(soon to be a solid structure) at the hospital. Sandwiches are pretty good– my mom things they’re to die for. They also have pretty good flavored iced teas. The staff is friendly and they have a large selection of cookies, chips, sandwiches and other snacks. Didn’t get to try the coffee or smoothies this time around, maybe tomorrow.

Friendly, conveniently located at UCI, nice selection. I look forward to the new building being completed, but they do a great job in the«tent».

Miss Kelly makes the best ice blended mocha anywhere. Her secret ingredient — malt powder. It adds a flavor you won’t find in anyone else’s mocha. I drop by for one every time I’m in the neighborhood. Too bad the café is closed on weekends.
