Best voice ever heard when calling Starbucks since many years ago. The lady started my day with pleasant joyful passionate tone of voice. Isn’t that what we usually expect from service industry?

They messed up my simple order of peach tea and the honey they gave me was all sticky when I tried to open the packets but I found my favorite cup here

I am a regular customer of this location so they know me. These guys are pretty cool When I get there most of them greet me by my name and they just ring me up because they know what I like and how I like it. super! I recommend this place, very friendly.

A great store! This location does tend to be busy … You know cuz of all the shoppers. The cashiers are like machines here! They are taking orders quick! The drinks are made fast too! If you are ever looking for a Starbucks that carries the limited batches of reserve coffee, this is your place. I love that this is a larger store. Lots of seats to enjoy my drink! Check it out!

Every Time I come here there is always a line! Granted it’s usually on the weekends when I come to the outlets. The staff here are extremely friendly and working diligently cranking out lattes and macchiatos. If you want to sit down and relax with a cup of joe. This place is definitely not a first choice. There is rarely any room to sit down as most of the chairs are occupied with college kids busy on social media. The place is not cleanest but I can assume it’s because of the constant busyness. Non the less there are other coffee joints around the area of you want to avoid the mayhem.

Oh, such long lines… Starbucks could do so well — even better than they already do — at this center by perhaps having a second location on the other side of the mall? Every time I come here, there are at least 8 people in line. and that’s a short line. I don’t believe there are any other places in the Outlets(it will always be The Block to me) to grab a warm beverage whilst on the go. They have a monopoly! I see a lot of people getting frustrated at the staff behind the counter. I wish they didn’t; they are cranking out beverages to the quickest of their ability.(Maybe though, they should hire more than one beverage maker at peak time?) I’m not a fan of Starbucks(I don’t drink coffee), and I prefer Coffee Bean’s tea; however, I do appreciate a warm beverage. and Starbucks, you serve that purpose at this outdoor mall.

The average wait in line … Does not really bother me … I get to the cashier and place a simple ice coffee and donut order … The first cashier pointed and said he can help u n a not customer friendly tone … Then I repeat my order 3 times to the guy who took my order and then I asked for my pastry to be warmed and he declined never coming here again

I got a drink there and I asked for a cup of water for my daughter and in the same size the guy at the register made my daughter feel special lean down and ask for her name. Got our drinks quick and it was great. So thanks the staff for the great drink and make my daughter feel special.

This Starbucks is lacking on customer service. I know it gets pretty busy being that it’s in the mall and there’s office buildings near by. They’re are 2 employees here that are great and the rest I can care less for! If you don’t like PEOPLE, then don’t have a job in customer service lol

Nice vibe. I like the outdoor seating a lot. The workers didn’t know what syrup I wanted, which was kind of frustrating. I tried to explain that I wanted regular white syrup that I usually see at any other starbucks condiments area, but they said they’ve never seen it before at any coffee store. Regardless, starbucks is starbucks. Good cold drink after walking around and popping in and out of several stores.

I just don’t know. $ 4.50 for a café mocca. And 2.45 for a miniature danish. The atmosphere is really nice and free wifi but really pricy

This Starbucks is located within the relatively new«The Outlet» of Orange. The address is rather confusing, as there is an East and West version of the Starbucks store. I’m not sure whether there was an error, but anyway, this location seems like everyone is still learning to make the drinks. Not as fast or skilled as others I’ve been to. The drink was rather plain, but the staff are friendly. They reminded us of the extended hour for Frapps tomorrow and were nice overall. More skills are all that are necessary.

Was making time for a meet up and noticed a Starbucks in the area. Took a stroll and got a little cold fix before the meet up time. This Starbucks is bigger then other Starbucks. Plenty of inside and outside seating. The staff is fast and had me out the door within 12 mins. Was going to sit outside but decided on better shade then what was available.

Sure they take super long to make your drinks, but you I have to realize how busy this place gets. It gets ridiculous! I appreciate the service and with free wifi whats not to like about this place. Doesn’t deserve a 5 star because of the timing of when my drinks comes out but I will say it is a solid 4 for the friendly customer service and free wifi. Can’t beat free!

I was at the Block for an event and needed a serious pick me up so I came here with another friend. At the time, they were offering their franken frap for Halloween. It was basically a mix of green tea, chocolate chips, and chocolate syrup. Such an odd combo and tasted weird and grity. Definitely won’t be getting that again. Service was fast and friendly. Location is nice and centrally located — easy to spot and get in and out. Wish my drink had been better but it is what it is.

This sbux is always crowded~! it’s sad. the service and drinks are super slow. They appear to constantly be understaffed… It appears. one guy on the bar. one guy at the reg. and that’s sorta it. the location is neat though however the internet never works. As one of the few places where men can enjoy a stogie with their cup of hot joe enables for a wonderful venue especially after 10p when all the idiots get booted. and responsible parents take their infants home, especially during the winter time.

Sadly, this location was a hot mess. Went in for an iced chocolate milk and there was a typical Starbucks line, no biggie there. The line moved really slowly, which wasn’t the end of the world, we weren’t in a hurry. Finally got to order, and even with the 5 baristas working the cup line was about 20 drinks behind… yikes. The wait to get our drinks was double the time it took to order them. When we did finally get them… they were wrong. They gave us regular milk with 2 pumps of vanilla and 1 peppermint, instead of the chocolate milk with the same mix like we requested. My husband had to ask them to put the mocha in it to make it a chocolate milk, which took longer, since it was cutting into the process. They didn’t apologize, or even really acknowledge the mistake at all. Not the typical barista friendliness I’m used to at other stops. Overall: C– Really long waits both at register and for the drink. Made both drinks wrong. Not friendly. Skip this location if you can and try others in the area.

HEYMAN; MYLEMONALE! I could have got lemonade from kids selling it at a lemonade stand for $.50, you throw in the name Starbucks and it’s like three bucks. I understand it gets busy in the coffee business but I still want what I paid for. I get my LEMONALE and the first thing I noticed is my cup not being full. Give me what I paid for, just give me what I paid for-every time. #Give me what I paid for#

All starbucks are essentially the same, with the same offerings and varied types of customer service-such factors are irrelevant given the nature of the business so I can only judge this place based on the patrons. I dread coming here and only stop by when I find myself at the far this starbucks attracts dumb people and too many teenagers. There isn’t anything wrong with the youth or better yet the individuals that are the«future» but there is a problem when people are too loud and inconsiderate. I actually had someone accuse me of stealing her water when it was clear I ordered the drink first and the water that was hers was made right after with her name on it… stupid people here I tell you.
