My Self Storage Space – Orange

Desiree and co-​worker (I apologize, I cannot recall the name), were extremely helpful and polite from the first contact. I came in with information from Craigslist about a half-​price special for the first couple months which they gladly applied, no gimmicks, and no bait-​and-​switch. The front office is immaculately clean as is the restroom, a sign of careful attention-​to-​detail. The cleanliness applies to the storage units and the facility overall. A nice testament to their high level of customer service occurred the other day when I stopped by the storage unit I rented to drop something off. As I was completing my activities, Desiree came by and greeted me by name, just a friendly hello as she was passing by. Excellent service from some very genuine, nice people.
They allow use of a moving truck for first-​time move-​ins, for free (save for refilling any gasoline you burned), and they allow rental of this truck at very reasonable rates once you rent a storage unit making this a well-​rounded storage business. The truck interior is as immaculately clean as the office as well! I highly recommend My Self Storage Space!

i have been renting my storage here for quite some time, and I have to say that they are great quality storages. The staff is great and very sociable, what more can you ask for? They’re very helpful towards your needs and concerns. They even help you on payment solutions to help you pay on time. Hey! Their might be late fees! But hey, that buys you time to get the money you need to pay for your unit. I would recommend this place any time.

Staff is kind and friendly. Facilities are clean and pretty much up to date. Price is great especially with first 3 months half price deal. Overall very nice storage services. I’m giving two thumbs up.

I never thought I would ever rent a storage ever in my life. Will here I am with bunch of my precious belongings. I needed a place to hold onto them for me until I get my own place. This place was pretty clean, the front desk girl was nice and the price was pretty reasonable. I would recommend this place if you ever need a storage.

I work by the area and needed access to a facility to accommodate my personal storage. 5 stars way up! Prices are very reasonable and secure to top it off. Perfect hours during the work week without any obstacles. The front office worker Deziree was helpful and very articulate to my questions or concerns. I have used other establishments in the past and this facility is outstanding. Open on the weekends with helpful personnel at the ready.

I have used this facility for several years. It is very secure and very clean. The staff is very professional and helpful. The facility has many unit types and sizes options. I have two very nice drive up units here. I would highly recommend this facility for your storage needs.

This place has been great — We have had a storage space there for 6 months now. The facility is always clean, front desk always friendly and helpful, and our unit is easy to access (even though it is upstairs — the halls are nice and wide).
The cost is reasonable, but worth it for the peace of mind of the security of our items.
They also have a moving truck to use which was a huge help when moving our items into the unit — Fit all of our items and was FREE!

This storage facility has been great throughout my entire time with them. I used them both for personal and work storage. Desiree was such a big help during my time at My Self Storage. I recently moved, so I had to change storage facilities. Desiree was very helpful with this process which made it harder to say goodbye!

I have used this facility several times and each time I am greeted with great customer service and knowledge. The facility is clean, safe, and have been very helpful with any questions and concerns I have had. Not to mention the free move in truck!!! Score!!! I would recommend this place to anyone who is in need of storage. :)
