Have had a few different size units over a period of approximately 10-​years. This place has changed owners/​names multiple times, but service has always been excellent. Clean, well maintained units and several additional services, but shredding is INSANELY overpriced!!! Would be a great, convenient service if it was somewhat reasonably priced. Also, RIDICULOUS that no trash can is provided anywhere on premises for tenants. With the price they charge monthly, that is a BASIC service that should be provided.

I have a storage unit with them for the last 3 years. The staff is friendly, helpful and always ready to answer your questions. The units are individually monitored and require signing in and signing out each time you enter the property. What they means is that if you don’t sign in on the property and you go to open unit, an alarm is triggered and the police will be called. Great security!
Give them a try, I don’t think you will be disappointed.

In less than 1 year — they raised the rent. Didn’t appreciate that. If you plan to be in storage more than a year then go somewhere else. If less than 1 year then no big deal. Elevator to second floor in A building does not work well. Got stuck several times and manager says nothing wrong. They need to fix it. Do not rent on upper floors in buidling A. Managers are best part of this place — very nice people.

Just rented a storage unit for my daughter who goes to the local college. It was so easy and they were very friendly. The units are safe and secure. Would highly recommend this facility to everyone.
