Orange Coast Hardwood Floors

We had Glenn come out to remove our water damaged hardwood floors and install our wood-​look tile for the entire downstairs. The demo crew was impressive. Worked their butts off and removed all the wood flooring and sealed the slab in one day. Clean work, polite and professional.
The installer was a different story. Major attitude with a «no can do» demeanor. That being said, his install work was very good. After the installer made a few poorly thought out decisions, the entire tile job had to be removed and re-​installed. Glenn took a really bad situation and made it right and was here daily ensuring the job was completed above and beyond out expectations.
Glenn was personal, professional and listened to our concerns once things went south. He stood up, took responsibility and made the difficult (not to mention expensive) decision to start over.
Glenn will be receiving a call from us in the near future to handle more of our flooring needs upstairs!

Had a pipe burst in my home and I was put in touch with Orange Coast Hardwood Floors to pick out all my new flooring, the selection was awesome, something for everyone’s budget. I decided to also do my downstairs bathroom. I was blown away when my floors were done, I feel like I moved into a new home. If you’re in the market for new floors you’ve got to visit Orange Coast Hardwood Floors (OCHF). My wife and I must have been to 15 different stores before going to OCHF. We just weren’t finding the type of wood floor in our price range and at the same time feeling comfortable with the salesperson. At OCHF we dealt with Colby and he definitely took good care of us through the entire process. He was able to get our floors done sooner than initially expected after another customer had a delay. The installers were all very professional and always on time. My greatest appreciation about the installers was that they treated our property as if it were theirs – from moving large items out of the house to protecting items left in the house – they were very careful.
When the job was done I found some wood slats that had enough of a defect in them to bother me. I brought this up to Colby and without hesitation he set up a date to have them replaced. Again, the installers came out on time and completed the repairs. Glenn (the owner) even came out with Colby take a look at the end product. We highly recommend OCHF.
