SportClips Haircuts

Place sucks! It’s all about the money not the customers satisfaction. They really did a job on my hair. I asked for a hand mirror to see how my hair UT looked and was told that she did not have one at the station… now I know why. I would not recommend this place to a dog.

F*ck this place every time I go they fuck up my hair and there is an hour wait even if nobody is in there. Come on ladies your not building rocket ships back there you are cutting hair. Went to Oregon city barber, where they have real mvp quality and got it done right. Will never come back to this place, I could get a better cut in a 3^rd world country

They only know how to cut short hair. I brought in a picture twice and each time they just go into zombie mode and cut what ever they are used to… which is short hair. The last time the was the shortest hair I had even after the stylist said, «Oh you like to wear your hair long…»
In the picture my hair wasn’t that long… well I ended up a super short hair cut and actually have gone 1 year without cutting my hair. If they had done it right I would have bee back every month or so…

I have lived in the US now for 10 years since moving from the UK and I have finally found a hairdresser that I will always come back to. Ashley is a whizz with the scissors and trimmers (always does a great job), is a delight to talk to (she’s never pushy, nor a complainer, and always chats with a smile), and is downright gorgeous to boot.
She’s always helpful, knows her trade, and I recommend the MVP treatment :-)

To Whom It May Concern
As it relates to this SportsClips location and their ability in providing over all quality service to what should be their valued customers.
They fall way short of being able to provide a quality customer experience. In less that one year of me taking my personal hair care needs to this location they have nicked/​cut me 2 times.
The most recent as of 03/​27/​2012 the stylist nicked my left eye brow when trying to trim it. Then the stylist tried to use scissors to trim my mustache and I had to stop them and ask that they please use their bread trimmer. As back last year the stylist at that time used scissors and cut my upper lip.
Which brings me to the next issue they seem to have a very high turnover of stylist. Next they never have hair care supplies in stock and always say they are on order.
Now I have contacted both the franchise owner of this location and the corp. office for SportsClips to no avail to get things corrected at this location.
So this has now led me to have to write this review to warn other not to go there for service as you will be sadly disappointed.

I get my haircut here on a regular basis and really enjoy it. The MVP is a nice relaxing haircut/​shampoo/​massage. Join the birthday club and get a free MVP on your birthday month!
