One of the things you will be totally struck by with Quinn is that he is not a salesman. He does not say something because he thinks you want to hear it. He has such a calm, professional demeanor as well as a wonderful sense of humor. His manners are impeccable, his understanding for the need to communicate is impeccable and even though we had a couple of weird situations with our listing Quinn was completely unflappable and brought the sale to conclusion quickly.

Quinn has always been very professional, but also a good guy to spend your house hunting weekends or weeknights with. You spend a lot of time with your real estate agent, in the same car, going from house to house, and discussing the deepest darkest secrets of your financial success or disasters. He was patient. He was always a professional, and made time for us with a great smile and pleasant manner. He was very quick to understand what we like, therefore every house that we looked at had many elements that matched our taste and our budget.
He was reliable and quick about finding out little surprises that came up with some of the houses, but also able to find realistic solutions. He helped us network with the right resources which rolled us into more simple and faster processes regarding financial and legal documents, etc.
We have lived in our house for a few months and according to Zillow the house is worth around 150k more than what we paid.
Quinn saved us money and he made those house hunting weekends (with our 1.5 year old baby in and out of the car seat) more pleasant.
If we want to buy another house, we will not hesitate to ask Quinn. In the meanwhile we will invite him for some drinks in our huge backyard.
