There are plenty of roofing companies who specialize in insurance replacements, but there’s a fine line between trying to get people what they deserve and being downright shady that too many of those companies cross. Expert has done work for a few of my family and friends and done a few inspections for me — they don’t cross that line, and they do high-​quality work. I was happy to be working with them when during an adjuster visit on a 2-​flat I own, the adjuster told me he hired Expert to do work on his personal residence after dealing with them on various insurance replacements. He absolutely gushed about them, which was surprising to me given that adjusters and contractors are usually mutual enemies.

This company is a real Gem! I was going to do a new roof anyway this spring when some guy was doing a few roofs in neighborhood and told me I could possibly get a brand new roof for nothing more than my deductible as their were several big hail storms from last fall that hit this area. He signed me up for a storm specialist inspection and sure enough I had enough qualifying damage. My roof and siding actually got replaced and Expert Roofing not only eliminated my deductible but they put on top quality products with lifetime guarantees and excellent workmanship! These guys do windows siding gutters as well as roofs and are extremely professional and a great experience.
