I wouldn’t even give this place a on 1 if I had an option. They advertise for free delivery then tried to charge us a delivery fee. The cheesesteak had no meat on it and the pizza wasn’t even cooked all the way!

Ordered dinner after a long day at Disney. A 45 minute delivery turned into 1:15. When it was finally delivered I asked the driver of they included utensils. The delivery driver who had a bad attitude said yes. When we unpacked the dinner there were no utensils and we were missing salad dressing and the pizza was room temperature. I called and they said they would send someone over. They never did. Had no way to eat our pasta or salads(even if we had dressing). I called back again but the folks who spoke English left for the evening. Nothing against Spanish speaking people, but they had no ability to resolve the issue. Avoid this place.

customer service was absolutely horrible!!! waited 3 hours for our order to come to the resort. only half showed up. then they told us that there is something wrong with their system when we asked for our meal to be free because of a long wait. they could only give us drinks and cheesecake for free. will not ever go back!!! i had to give a star to finish this rating. would have given it a –4

First of all when we called for delivery the girl on the phone was extremely snotty and rude. Customer service is not the place for you girl! Secondly, it took about an hour to arrive and we live really close. That part is whatever though. My problem was with the actual food it’s self. The pizza was cold. I couldn’t even finish one slice because I found 3 long pube like hairs in one slice… ew. The wings had no flavor and the skin wasn’t nice and crispy it was gooey and just did not taste like they were cooked all the way. So disappointing. No wonder they have to shove a bunch of their menus under people’s doors, they have awful food.

Food tasted terrible!!! I would never order from this place ever again! Stayed on Disney resort and the menu was placed under my door so we decided to give it a try. Ordered several different sandwiches and they where all terrible. Gyro, Philly steaks, veggie sub, and a so called chicken gyro which was just a piece of chicken breast with an old slice of pita bread. Took 2 hours for my food to arrive and I was not happy with the quality. Barely any meat and the veggies and bread where not fresh. Avoid this place and save your money. Do not order from them! I wish I could give a negative rating for this place.

Ordered pizza, wings, and jalepeno poppers. They said 45mins to an hour. It took an hour and a half. Pizza was cold, poppers were cold, but the wings were really good. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because of the wings, had to microwave the pizza when it got to my house. Wouldn’t recommend unless you like wings and long waits lol

Arrived in Orlando and decided to try this place since their menu was under our door at our hotel. Worst. Decision. Ever. The pizza was very much overpriced. The deals excluded chicken as a topping because it was a «premium» topping(although their menu mentions nothing about that in the coupon section). The garlic knots came with 4… Doused in butter(ew). We ordered BBQ wings because one of our friends can’t eat hot wings. They brought hot wings anyway. with no sauce… just dry.dry.wings. Also, the pizza took an hour and a half to arrive although they will tell you 45mins to an hour. All in all, we’re never ordering from here again. I dislike writing poor reviews but I would feel worse if someone else wasted 60 dollars on cardboard, butter-drenched rolls, dry bird(which was the wrong order) and had to pay a «gas fee» on top of that.

We were probably one of the first orders they got this morning, calling at 11:05. It took over 90 minutes for our pizza to arrive despite the fact that we live 3 miles from the shop. I have been considering giving it two stars is because these are some of the best damn Buffalo wings I have ever eaten. The french fries were soggy to the point that you could squeeze water out of them. The Caesar salad was passable. The big problem is despite the time that it took for them to get it to us, The pizza that was delivered was completely wrong. We ordered egg, mushroom, and bacon. I know, weird but we were on a breakfast kick. What we received was bacon and pepperoni. Not only missing an ingredient but containing some of the wrong ingredients. We called and they said oh, we were out of mushroom so we substituted. No explanation for the missing topping and no excuse for putting pepperoni on my pizza when I can’t eat beef!!! They would not issue me a refund and would not replace the pizza instead of offering me a credit for the next time that we called, which will be never!

We were in our room for the night and I decided that I wanted pizza, there was a coupon slipped under our door during the day, so we decided to try it. The menu is really big and sorta all over the place, but it works, A little something for everyone. We ordered a cheese pizza, a pepperoni pizza, a couple orders of Cajun cheese fries and even through in a few Jamaican beef patties. It arrived really fast, hot and it was really good. We would definitely order again.

This place is in a gas station. 200 feet past entrance to Disney world parks. We used a coupon 25.00 but had to spend 50.00 even though they did not know about the type of coupon we had still they took it. Good pizza and wings and Greek salad was very good. Great prices for good food. I would recommend take out as there isn’t much seating and it’s in a Gas station.

I’d rate this new location at 3.5 stars. Their menu is grammatically correct and properly laid out, which is already a good sign for Kissimmee. We tried a few items, as their menu is extensive. The traditional cheese pie was actually very good. I’m not sure it would survive the cut in NY, but this is actually NY style pizza, as Avanti claims. No sauces for the crusts, nothing stuffed into anything and one choice of crust thickness, just like pizza should be. We also tried the Buffalo wings, which were quite good. Other ancillary items — mozzarella sticks, onion rings, and fries were obviously frozen food service items and fine but nothing special. Garlic knots were good, as is the case when pizza crust is authentic. They could have used a garlic butter sauce rather than being served dry, but they did travel better. This was a delivery order; oddly enough we live less than a half mile away but the order took an hour to reach us and as a result, the pizza could have been hotter. They also need to learn how to prepare a Styrofoam box so that items inside aren’t wilted by trapped steam. Avanti has been open at this location only a couple months, so there’s time to smooth out the details. All in all, we were pleased and welcome Avanti to the area as a new pizza location. Prices are fair and I don’t believe there’s a delivery charge(though there is a $ 15 order minimum). They also offer calzones, strombolis, hot and cold subs, gyros, empanadas, salads, all kinds of appetizers and desserts. There’s always a warning flag when one restaurant tries to trade in all manners of cuisine, but if you stick to the Italian specialties and pizza, Avanti is worth checking out. 3÷17÷16 — UPDATE(Critical) I have to unfortunately remove two stars from this review. After several tries, they just can’t seem to work out delivery times. That’s probably because the entire operation takes up a corner of the counter in a Mobile gas station. We found this out when we ordered 4 cannolis(we had a credit from a nearly 90 minute order delay previously. The desserts, which are filled with sweetened ricotta cheese, were bad. As in, rancid. We called to make sure they stopped using it and planned to return the next day after it became clear that the service girl 1, refused to let us speak to a manager; 2, refused to give us or did not know the street address; and 3, instead of crediting the dessert back to us actually charged us again. The next day we called the manager(or gas station owner) and he clearly did not understand the overcharge and neither of them had understood their food was bad so never pulled it from the shelf. We went down in person and worked everything out. To his credit, the gentleman was very courteous and tried to make everything right. Unfortunately, this is a pizza made in a gas station, has had problematic health inspections twice since August, 2015, and customer service is lacking. The pizza is still good, but we cannot recommend this establishment for health safety concerns.
