I had a lovely caramel core sundae here — you have to try them! Your choice of two flavours of ice cream, caramel sauce, crumbled biscuit, cream, and your choice of topping (I got gummy bears) — yum! My husband had a strawberry milkshake and enjoyed it. A nice little spot for a treat to cool down away from the sunshine.

I purchased the Unilocal deal, $ 10 for $ 5. It was awesome! My daughter and I each had our own cups and it was so yummy! The workers there were nice and helpful. They had this great backdrop where we took photos.

The location for this Ben and Jerry’s is fantastic and we took a group here after watching a movie at the Regal Cinema above it. However, I found my groups experience lacking in service.
To be fair, we came rather close to the closing time. One of our group was looking for The Tonight Dough flavor but was told they didn’t serve it despite being advertised outside. The girl at the counter was definitely annoyed that we came around 9:40 with a closing time of 10 and acted like it. I wanted to use my Unilocal coupon too ($ 5 for $ 10) to pay for my friend’s shake and that just annoyed her more as that took more time at the counter when I told her that I wanted to pay for his.
Despite enjoying my large cherry garcia ice cream in its creaminess and refreshing flavor, I didn’t feel like a welcome customer, leaving a sour taste in my mouth.
Reminder that the parking garage is about $ 3 per hour unless you’re going to the movies or certain restaurants.

The location of this shop is convenient for those staying in the nearby hotels, so my husband and I found ourselves here several times while in Orlando for the Citrus Bowl. The customer service here is lacking — the employees seemed completely worn out. Popular flavors of ice cream were out of stock and smoothies were not available one evening (with no explanation). I understand that the supply issue may not have been the employees’ fault, but they did not alter the menu board to reflect available options. Customers ended up waiting in line and picking a flavor, only to be told that it is not available. Bummer! The ice cream itself is top notch.

If you like very creamy, heavy ice cream, you will like B & Js.
The Mango smoothie was delicious.

Standard ice cream fare. Overpriced. $ 850 for a 2 scoop brownie Sunday. Stingy on the chocolate sauce and the brownie was so tough you need a knife to cut into it. However it’s still ice cream so it can’t be all bad :)

I like Ben and Jerry’s a lot. Unfortunately, there’s none near where I live so most of the time when I’m in Orlando, I stop by here. It’s great to have ice cream year round in Florida because it is so hot, especially when you’re walking around an outdoor shopping area. My favorite flavor is chocolate chip cookie dough which they usually have here, but sometimes they don’t and instead have odd, uncommon flavors. The staff are friendly and always offer you a sample.

Me being from NJ, we dont have alot of scoop shops here. When i walked in, i was greeted by the famous cows painted on the wall with blue skies and green grass. The people working there were very patient and nice with us and understood our fat kid status as we drooled over the exclusive flavors. Kindly gave us samples and gave us suggestions. Highly Recommend this place if you’re in the park.

I went in after eating at Pizzeria Valdiano (right across from Ben & Jerry’s) really excited. I wanted one of my two favorites, Americone Dream or Half Baked. I figured if they didn’t have it available by the scoop I could always just get a pint of it that they had for sale. Much to my disappointment, they had no Americone Dream or Half Baked anywhere. Americone Dream was even on the menu under Ice Cream. They’re selection of pints included Greek Frozen Yogurt and 2 or 3 kind of ice cream. It was pathetic considering their advertisement at the register for «1 pint for $ 5», «2 for $ 9», «3 for $ 12», etc. I don’t think they even had a total of 12 pints for sale! If you’re counting on finding a certain flavor, go to the grocery store or even a gas station. That’s what I did.

It’s about what you’d expect from a Ben & Jerry’s. I tend to rate B&J locations on how well they execute the Cookie Cookie Sundae– and this was just average.
We were specifically coming to the area to visit B&J, so weren’t expecting to have to park in a garage that cost $ 3. (Only the movie theatre and certain restaurants validate.)

Ice Cream tastes great… like you would expect from Ben & Jerry’s… the location is very good… but the waffle cone was not our favorite… it tasted almost like stale… and when we asked the attendant she said it is supposed to be that way… not so sure… but other than that… a good place if you are nearby the area and need to get some ice cream.

This Ben & Jerry’s is right across from the ticket booth for the Regla Cinema at the «Pointe». It has good selection of flavors and different types of cones and other ice cream concoctions.
The ice cream scooper guy was really cool and the inside had limited seating and a TV showing a kids movie.
The prices are little high but it’s what you expect from a high end ice cream place.
