Visiting and needed a good manicure pedicure place. It was good. nothing outstanding. Good price. If you need a quick manicure it’s a perfect place.

My other half had a work conference in Orlando so I decided to tag along. Since the weather wasn’t warm enough for pool time I decided to take the rental car and go get a manicure instead. I get shellac manicures at home on a regular basis so I know how long they usually last on me. The one I got at Image was on a Friday and by the time I was home Sunday night one of my nails had already chipped. I can usually go at least three weeks without a single chip. For the price I’m disappointed.

My girlfriends and I have been coming here for a couple years now. Such a great place! Everyone who works here is so kind & amazing at what they do. Trina is hysterical! I think some people on here don’t quite understand her personality. She is NOT RUDE. Definitely one of the sweetest. She also can get your nails done beautifully in such a short amount of time, much appreciated with our busy schedules. My favorite is Lisa. She is extremely efficient & gets my nails perfect every time. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere, that I love. She will always have my glass of wine waiting for me, SOOO appreciated after my hectic day at work. They get busy because it’s the best nail salon in Orlando– be patient!

Love the Hot Stone pedicure at this place. We pass about 3 nail salons to go to this one. They take such good care of us. The massage chairs are a nice touch. The staff are always friendly and offer us a drink as soon as we sit down.

Loved this place! The staff was friendly and very professional. Kathy did my mani and pedi and she was great! Super sweet and gentle on me. I will def be here again!

Sadly, I have to rate this business very poorly due to Trina, the lady that answers the phones and schedules but is not the owner. The nail techs are talented so it is sad they have to deal with someone like her scheduling their appts and that they will lose their customers as a result. I arrived 15 min late due to terrible Christmas traffic and in front of the entire salon, Trina screamed at me And said «you were supposed to be her at 6:50!!!» and stated that my nail tech had to take someone else and then to top it off, yelled again at me that I «was just going to have to sit there in wait!!» When asked how long approximately, she yelled again and replied, «A long time as you can see 3 others are waiting!» I was appalled at how unprofessional and rude she was for yelling in front of all of her other customers in the salon. Especially because I was willing to wait for my nail tech or if I had to, would have rescheduled. Even the lady next to me said she was extremely rude and was shocked that she spoke to me that way. When I asked Trina who the owner was, she refused to give me the name of the owner. I intend on notifying the Better Business Bureau so hopefully they can inform the owner of her behavior.

Came to Image Nail Salon, almost immediately. I normally wear SNS on my nails b|c I don’t wear acrylic. Unfortunately, SNS is not offered. However; Helen came to the rescue with OPI gel. She’s awesome, funny, and explained the lasting technique of how she was applying the gel– instead of how I used to have it applied.
I’ll still be sticking to my SNS once back to ATL. Still was an awesome experience !
Will definitely return to see her!

Lee did my full set today (Plus pedicure). I came in with a very specific picture that I wanted her to copy. This is my first time at the salon as I am new to the area (moved here from out-​of-​state so I don’t have an established nail person yet, or rather I didn’t!)
I have to say, no pun intended but she really nailed it! I had her do a gold glitter French tip with an hombre and some sparse silver glitter mixed in and man did she do a great job! I’ll definitely be returning here from now on.

I was visiting Orlando for a wedding and searched for a nail place to get mine done before the wedding. I am so extremely glad I stumbled upon this place. What a beautiful relaxing atmosphere. They were quick to get me in and quick to get me finished since my husband was waiting on me. My nail tech did such an amazing job on my nails, they were beaten up pretty thoroughly. If I’m ever in Orlando again, I will be visiting more often!

Pleasantly surprised. Thought this would be like every other nail place. Not the case.
Friendly staff and good nail services offered.
This place has nice décor and I like the special touches. The manicure chairs are comfy barstools and there are hooks for purses. Nice touch.
Two beautiful aquariums make this not a place of hustle and bustle but a place to truly relax.

I should have written this review sooner but its all coming back to me now!
While on my way to the airport for our trip to Orlando, I messed up one of my toes and needed to get it fixed instantly. But the hubby said I had to wait until we got to our destination. I ended up finding this salon (thanks to my fellow Unilocalers) and it was not to far from our hotel. Boy did they save my toes little life! The price for a pedicure was pretty decent and even though I had just gotten one a couple days ago in VA, I decided to get another one here instead of just «repainting my toes.» The technicians were really nice, the inside was clean, and they did great work on my pedicure. I ended up thinking I should have just gotten my initial pedicure here instead of getting it in VA before our trip.

So pleased! Shellac manicure looks amazing. They have tons of Shellac color options. Manicurist was very nice and did a great job. $ 40 but well worth it.

Best rated place in the area so I chose to come here. And my experience was something like this:
I liked the modern look and the fact there were lots of clients when I went there. Kinda assured me that I picked the right place.
The technician who did my nails was efficient and helped me pick the right color.
The overall atmosphere was strange… All ppl (mostly girls) working there were Asian and continuously spoke amongst each other in their native language laughing a lot. It made me quite uncomfortable… I overheard them speaking in English about few of the customers. Just commenting on them or their experience with the customer. I quickly realized they were talking about customers and laughing at them or the situation with them that whole time. Wander what they had to say about me… Lol
There was a particular girl that works the front desk that was very outspoken and i can see why customers may feel disrespected or uncomfortable around her. She’s not aware of how she comes across and I’m afraid she might have made quite a few ppl mad over time. Brace if you’re shy or insecure.

Okay had to do something new and different for this landmark birthday and this experience was on the (long) list. Okay, my first experience was good. I got a gentle touch technician for all the snipping, clipping, grating (LOL) and cuticle pushing.
The impromptu leg, foot and hand-​arm messages are a nice bit.
Hey, I don’t think my feet have been this clean since my last trip to the beach! Haha!
Had to ask to have my pedi be buffed to a eye squinting shine.
Ok, its now off the list.

4.5 stars minus .5 for the price. So yea it’s pricey but my nails were beautiful. I got to the salon with my nails that looked a hot mess! This place was amazing! The manicure was very long and my guy made sure that they were perfectly tamed and shaped and polished. And the hand massages at the end totally got some knots out in my palms! Only downside is that this place was expensive I paid $ 50 for a gel French manicure! Would come back to treat myself!

Oh my goodness, I have finally found THE salon.
First things first, I’m very picky with my nails. I like my acrylics to be thin and natural, and my shapes to be as uniform as humanly possible. I finally have been able to find that here. All I got was simple acrylic over my natural nail with a clear top coat on top, and had them reshaped. Lisa was the name of the goddess that achieved this perfection, but I’m sure everyone there is just as sweet and wonderful. The salon was very clean and had a nice atmosphere to it, and every customer I saw inside looked very happy. Definitely coming here from now on! So glad I’ve finally found my Orlando nail spot!!!

This place is great. The girl who did my gel manicure (missed her name, she’s a newlywed if that helps) was SO friendly, she was very enjoyable. Did a great job, it’s been I think 7 – 8 days now and they’re all in perfect condition, no chipped — and I work out, work in a warehouse, and have been in the water a lot lately! My only criticisms are 1) the gel collection is overwhelmingly huge which would be great except they don’t have those little flash sample nails so it’s rather a lot to take in and 2) THE SMELL is overwhelming. They need some sort of ventilation system because I actually felt ill

What a nice nail spa, staffed primarily by Vietnamese techs who are skillful and courteous. I’m not from the area, but could tell there are a lot of regulars here who are treated warmly and known by name. It’s always nice to see that.
Lots of nail colors from OPI, Essie, Zoya, and others. Decently priced, with comfortable massage chairs.
Only downer is that the place really reeks of the nail fumes. It’s probably not good for anyone’s health, so they should consider investing in some kind of exhaust system.

At first I gave this location 4 stars as it was the first nail salon I had visited in Orlando and I was still getting used to being here. After living here for some time and going back here consistently as well as trying new places here and there, this place is the best. I love that they remember me and always greet me with a friendly smile and ask how I’ve been.
On top of that, the quality that the entire staff does for your nails is amazing. I’ve tried this other place twice hoping it would be just as good because it’s so close to where I live. While I was there I thought to myself, «Go back to Image ya goober!» And so I did, and I couldn’t be happier with the pedicure I got yesterday :)

Looking for some TLC for my hands and feet — near Universal — while the park-​loving kooks in my crew were off walking their feet off in the land of long lines and turkey legs.
This place was near our little hotel — right near the highway so it’s convenient. It wasn’t the best mani pedi– but the massage chairs were more than decent, the place was clean, there was a short wait and got what I came for — a bit of feet and hand rubbing and a nice buff and pretty polish.
