This spot is my favorite for mani/​pedis. Mona is the best when it comes to a gel manicure and they even serve you a glass of wine upon request. They are fast, friendly and a normal bi-​weekly stop for me :)

I’ve been coming to this spa for over a year! Stopped by Saturday evening to get a manicure/​fill and pedicure. When my acrylic fill was done I was walking to get my pedicure with my nail tech. The manager on duty Saturday evening 4÷23÷2016 8:30pm walked up to me super rude with no class no morals. Yelling saying no pedicure tonight no more we closing. First of all that’s no way to treat a customer! Second of all I was already in the building! And he should’ve told me that when I walked in at 7 PM. I never had any issues in this spa. when it belonged to the old owners this spa was the Best in town!!! Now it’s under new owners/​management and the management totally sucks .My nail tech was super friendly and nice, but was rushing because the manager wanted to go home and now today is Monday 4÷25÷16 and already I have one broken nail on my index finger. All I’m suggesting is that you be prepared for some rudeness. Such a beautiful classy place with the worst management I’ve ever had to deal with.

New owners as of 1 month ago. Look at newer reviews. They have some of the best talent in town, but new owners seem off. I go because I know they have the best color selection, but recently they’ve had none of the new colors, and the most popular selections they were out of. Still love the staff but if my favorite techs leave I probably won’t be back. To the new owners, keep your people. They are your best advantage

Literally, my last two visits have been so disappointing. I come here all the time but my last two visits have been bad.
My nail guy did a different routine for removing my old gel. He took one of those fake nails and put it between my real nail and gel polish to remove it. It hurt so bad and I’ve never seen anyone done that before. He says he doesn’t use acetone because it takes longer. Wtf. And the last time I got a pedicure, the guy left a scab on my pinky toe. Seriously, but ok.
I’m no longer returning to this salon.

So dirty! First u enter seems like a nice salon and spa, but if you look then you notice that nothing is sterile or cleaned in decades. I went for a facial and was shocked after I was done. Everything was dirty, used towels were used, used sponges were used on me and washed in a little bucket, eww! And the experience was unpleasant, the facial was like a joke, cheap creams. Waste of money and felt dirty and couldn’t wait to shower.

To the new owners. You guys might have a great business but you look lost to the public eyes. Also i am having my toes done now and there is 4 people unattended by my side waiting on service. That doesn’t looks good at all. Their water was cold and if wasn’t for another customer they would be there with a cold water. Don’t seat people unless your professional is available to perform work. You will destroy your business if you keep doing this. I am a hairstylist and i do know how this works. Please put yourselves together. Delegates who does what and if there is no professional available do not seat anyone in the chair. Wish you guys the best. You guys have amazing professionals here.

I finally talked my husband into getting a pedicure with me and after reading a ton of reviews, this is where we settled on.
We were greeted and seated pretty quickly. A lady started my husband’s pedicure and was almost completely done before someone started mine. It would have been nice to have them together or at the least, mine started first as I was getting polish and he was not.
The girl doing Miley pedicure was nice but rushed as a party of adolescent girls came in all wanting pedicures. A man I assumed was the manager came by every so often to give the girl doing my pedicure bites of jerky?
At the end I was asked if I had chosen a polish and I asked for a French tips. She then yelled to the guy that she would be a little longer because she had to do French tips.
At the end, we had to wait at the front desk to pay while the same guy finished his smoke at the entrance of the building.
I probably would try out a few different salons before coming back here. My pedi looked great but we just felt rushed and weird the entire time.

I have been coming to this salon for almost 10 years. So welcoming and not like any other nail salon in town. Free beverages aside… I love that I can carry on a conversation with my nail tech and that no matter what… they make sure that I leave a satisfied client. My favorite tech is Cody and he really does some amazing work. I wish that other salons in the area would follow suit and up their game… but I would still come here time and time again =)

My first time going here and I left very pleased and content with my Pedicure. I got the deep cleansing pedi ($ 35) French is $ 5 extra like anywhere else. HANNAH was a doll! She executed my French pedi perfectly. I’m happy I finally found a salon in Orlando that has great service! Will be returning and I do recommend you check it out for yourself!

I have no idea why I come here! Way to expensive. Long wait! Always peels off. The girls are rude. Always a different person. You call to make an appointment and then they say you can’t make one. When you get there you have to wait 30 minutes because you didn’t make an appointment! Then if you want to soak off they won’t wrap you while you wait. For a spa the waxing service is awful and they don’t even use a light and it’s right by the entrance. If you are getting your face waxed, and people walk in the door there is zero privacy for you in a very private moment. Customer service is sad. They are always smoking right outside. Complaining about how they work ten hour shifts and never get to eat. Who works like that?! I’m posting a picture of my nails after four days of acrylic over my nails with gel polish.

Stopped in Orlando for a day before a girls roadtrip to New Orleans and found this gem! First of all, the salon is gorgeous! All the employees are super friendly and accommodating. So today I went back in for what was a serious overdue appointment. I went in with 7 repairs (broken or about to be, and a 3 – 4 fill). I sadly let my nails go because I live an hour away. The girl who had been doing my nails the previous few times, was not there and Im not sure if she’d even be back. This always scares me. I mean, im a retired hairstylist and I defiantly know the fear people have… when they find «the One»…and they disappear… or just vanish off the face of the earth.
Well,. I was beyond, pleasantly surprised to have Jon do my nails today. Not only was he super gentle (breaking so many nails, they were super sensitive and a bit painful to touch) but he was very thorough and he made my nails a little thicker to stabilize them, without them looking «thick».
I really really tend stay away from «thick» looking nails, as I like them to look like my own.
He was AWESOME!!! He also was really cool to talk to. Im going to Germany in a month and he had a lot of good advice, which is always welcomed. Thank you again Millenia Nails for a great job and a great experience! And Thank You most of all JON!!! :)

I go here strictly out of convenience.
As soon as I find a better nail spa and after I use my 10% discount from Unilocal I will not visit again.
This is by far not a nail spa. Spa, a place of tranquility, relaxation, peace, a getaway. This is my definition of a spa and it’s apparent they don’t see it the same way.
It’s noisy. The music is offensive to be considered spa music.
It’s not kept up. (A pleasant way of me saying, it’s dirty).
I feel like I’m just a number.
I went here as opposed to going to a nail shop on the «corner» to NOT experience this but have been disappointed from day one. Their prices reflect spa prices but not worth it at all.
The décor is lovely but it doesn’t matter how well you decorate if your customers are treated like «regulars».
It doesn’t matter if you serve your customers complimentary wine either if empty wine bottles adorn (pun intended) your countertop.
Nope, I’m not asking too much. I’ve been to nail spas often and I see and feel the difference. They have potential… or not. Their idea probably started off much better but over time have lost it along the way.
